What a fantastic care home Chamberlain Court is! There's a wonderful sense of community that permeates throughout the whole home. Whilst the facilities are beautiful, what makes Chamberlain Court so special is its wonderful, friendly team who have built a great rapport with Mum in the year she has been with them and have given her the care and support she needs. A heartfelt thank you!
Dear Fiona, thank you very much for your very kind words. It is our pleasure to look after Mum and we feel very privileged to have her in our care. Best wishes, Emma.
I've been visiting Chamberlain Court Care Home since November 2022 with my dog. I started visiting every Wednesday afternoon but since this year I now visit Monday afternoons as well as I was going home wishing the week away, waiting to visit again. The home is so lovely and wonderful staff and I've met the most welcoming and friendly residents. The visits are also doing me the world of good and helping me overcome my shyness and lack of confidence.
The service from the outset has been considerate and focused on providing a high level of care and concern for Dad. The staff made the difficult process of Dad entering the home as stress-free as possible and this is really appreciated. The initial responses to our queries were timely, even at weekends and it felt as if nothing was too much trouble. Whilst Dad has only been at Chamberlain Court Care Home for a few weeks he has already settled in and is starting to embrace all that it has to offer.
Thank you very much for your review and we are delighted that Dad has settled so well. Thank you for choosing Chamberlain Court.
Best wishes, Emma.
Since the day Mum arrived at Chamberlain Court Care Home a few months ago, both Mum and I have been made to feel very welcome - part of the Chamberlain Court family. The staff always welcome us and take the time to say hello and chat and go out of their way to make sure Mum is happy with everything. I am delighted Mum chose to come to Chamberlain Court. She is well looked after and treated as an individual person who has chosen to live in the home, rather than being treated just as a resident who is being looked after there. The home itself is always bright and welcoming and the facilities and the range of activities for the residents to take part in if they want to is amazing.
My wife and I wanted to say thank you so much for the superb celebration that you laid on for my mother's 100th birthday earlier this week. My mother and all the guests had a wonderful time. The venue, food, decorations and singer were perfect but, above all, the staff excelled themselves as usual. Particular thanks for making the call to move the venue to the third-floor entertainment suite, the chef for the superb cake and the staff hosting the event. They are a great credit to you. However, I guess we shouldn't be surprised since we have been extremely impressed with all the staff at Chamberlain Court - their caring and friendly manner has been exemplary since my mother moved in earlier this year. No wonder she tells everyone that if she can't be at home, Chamberlain Court is where she wants to be!
Thank you Paul for your very kind words. We are delighted that Mum enjoyed her special day as much as we did arranging it.
Chamberlain Court Care Home always gives a lovely welcome to visitors, even in these difficult times when smiles could have been reduced by frowns. I am very pleased we chose Chamberlain Court as a home for our parents.
I can't answer management or cost because I don't know!
Dear Jill, thank you very much for your kind words and it was a pleasure for us to welcome you to Chamberlain Court. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Since the day my brother became one of the residents of Chamberlain Court he has had superb care and attention. I couldn’t wish for better staff and surroundings. Whatever he asks for or needs they always do all they can to help. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home, your comments are very much appreciated.
Mum has been a resident for the past three months and has Alzheimer’s. It has been so nice to see her genuine smile and to see her happy there. Before Chamberlain Court she was so restless and wandering constantly. We were surprised how quick Mum settled. The staff have been great. Very friendly and caring and supportive. Mum has found a new love for crafting and colouring and made friends. The garden there is lovely and Mum loves going into the garden to see the fishes and birds in the aviary. There is always a buzz at the home and the telling sign is seeing the smiles of the residents and seeing them so happy. Friends and family who’ve visited Mum are always impressed with how lovely the home is, how clean and how friendly the staff are.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home, your comments are very much appreciated. We are delighted at how well your mum has settled and made friends. She has a wonderful cheery nature and is a joy to be around.
I have been a very regular visitor and, on all occasions, have found the staff to be caring, helpful and utterly professional, both towards me and my mother. Knowing that she is so well-cared for gives me tremendous peace of mind.
There is a good programme of activities for residents to take part in, should they wish to, and my mother has enjoyed many of these. The gardens are beautifully maintained and provide the opportunity to spend some time outdoors in better weather.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home, your comments are very much appreciated. Your mother is a whizz at Scrabble!
This home comprises attractive premises and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The transfer from the previous home to this one was accomplished smoothly and the new resident was welcomed and quickly made comfortable.

My friend has settled into the care home and is taken care of beautifully. He enjoys all aspects, the staff, the entertainment, the food.

The care he has received has and is excellent at all times.
The atmosphere within the home is warm friendly and caring.
There are many activities for residents.
I can stay in contact with my husband by social media and the phone.
There are always drinks and snacks available and the food is excellent (so my husband says).
I found this home from a recommendation this is why I’m writing this review.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home Penny. Your kind comments are very much appreciated.
Have made my mother feel very welcome and treated with dignity, the rooms are all very clean and tidy. The gardens are kept very nice and enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice. The menu is always good.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. Your comments are very much appreciated.
I have known of five 'oldies' that I have recommended to go into Chamberlain Court Care Home over the past few years. Two people for respite care and three for full-time care. All of them have been extremely well looked after and loved being at the home. It is a very interactive home and there is always some lovely activity to get involved in all of the time. You could also, if you want, just sit in the café and help yourself to a coffee, cake and a newspaper and sit quietly or even in the fabulous garden. I have always said to people who are looking for a care home for their loved ones, the most fundamental importance is the food, and Chamberlain Court's food is first-class. The care and nursing staff are also very good and kind to their residents. I would most definatly recommend Chamberlain Court to anyone who is looking for a care home for their loved one.
Thank you for taking the time to review Chamberlain Court Barbie, your kind words are very much appreciated.
My wife and I visited my sister and her husband and were pleasantly impressed with the general atmosphere of this home. The facilities appeared to be constructive for a normal life and the staff were most helpful. The dining room menus made us feel quite hungry. Should my "wellbeing" deteriorate and if I could afford it this home would be my first choice.
Thank you for taking the time to review Chamberlain Court, your comments are very much appreciated.
The facilities are of a very high standard and the food is much appreciated by my mum. I find it hard to fault the care home. It is obviously not cheap but you get what you pay for!
Thank you for taking the time to review Chamberlain Court Lisa and thank you for such kind words. We are so pleased at how well your mother has settled with us.
I am a care professional and I have visited many care homes I would have no hesitation in recommending Chamberlain Court and I am so pleased that my mother was able to be a resident. A big thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to review Chamberlain Court and for your kind words. Your mother really has settled well and has made friends within the short space of time that she has been with us.
