Fantastic, very efficient and friendly staff, made my father very welcome. Everyone has been very kind and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend Chamberlain Court to anyone thinking of a place for a loved one.

First my father got a place in Chamberlain Court followed a few weeks later by my mother.
I was very impressed and delighted that both my parents were able to be in the same home, the staff worked miracles to get them both a place.
Their rooms are delightful and the staff seem to always have time
for them.
They both look well cared for with lovely haircuts and well groomed and fed.
They are very happy to be in Chamberlain and I am happy they are there.

Chamberlain Court have been very kind to my father. They were all expecting his arrival and settled him in with care. His care is very personalised with much thought about the individual patient. The staff on his floor got to know him very quickly and are great at having jokes with him. We have had
challenges with his behaviour which they have managed without stress or difficulty. The doctor who covers the care home and the resident nurses have also been extremely helpful.
I often bump into the managers who are extremely friendly and keen to make sure everything is going well.
The reception staff are also very friendly.

Dad has been a resident at Chamberlain Court for a year now and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives there. The staff are so kind, and friendly, always going out of their way to help. Dad thankfully hasn't lost his sense of humour, even with his dementia progressing, and we love that the
staff are always having a laugh with him whenever we come to pick him up to take him out for lunch! There are plenty of activities throughout the day to keep residents busy, the home always has a lovely convivial atmosphere. Overall we feel like he's in a big hug of a home and, as hard as it always is saying goodbye to him when we leave, we're just so relieved to know he's in such great hands. Thank you to all at Chamberlain, we're forever grateful.

Mum moved in at the end of July 2023. All of the staff have been so lovely with her, caring and patient, but also fun. I’ve seen a definite improvement in her confidence and she seems much happier now she is settled. It’s a relief for me knowing that she is safe and well cared for.

Chamberlain Court Care Home is located in Tunbridge Wells, overlooking the common and within easy reach of the station and shopping area. Residents are so well cared for and in pleasant surroundings within a garden setting. Many activities are available daily, hair and beauty salon onsite, plus cinema
and first-class catering.
Families and friends are included in many celebratory events. Regular family and friend meetings with staff presentations. Regular one-to-one meetings concerning one's resident. Chamberlain Court is superior!

This is my first experience of using a care home. So it has taken a little bit to adjust as it was a difficult decision to place our aunt in a home. I have been impressed with the service. From the initial enquiries, visit and final placement the home provided all the information required.
It was
difficult during the first few weeks, but the home reassured us that our aunt was settling in. She had not found it easy to settle, but I have been encouraged by the way the home has helped her adjust and she now seems more relaxed and happier in the home.
The care that has been provided has been complemented by regular health updates from the doctor and any medication altered as a result. The home has kept us informed of any changes in our aunt’s health care and any issues that we should be aware of. The opportunity to visit at any time, and with our dog, is most welcome. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, and to be able to join for meals is a bonus.

What a fantastic care home Chamberlain Court is! There's a wonderful sense of community that permeates throughout the whole home. I've been visiting Chamberlain Court Care Home since November 2022 with my dog. I started visiting every Wednesday afternoon but since this year I now visit Monday afternoons as well as I was going home wishing the week away, waiting to visit again. The home is so lovely and wonderful staff and I've
met the most welcoming and friendly residents. The visits are also doing me the world of good and helping me overcome my shyness and lack of confidence.

The service from the outset has been considerate and focused on providing a high level of care and concern for Dad. The staff made the difficult process of Dad entering the home as stress-free as possible and this is really appreciated. The initial responses to our queries were timely, even at weekends
and it felt as if nothing was too much trouble. Whilst Dad has only been at Chamberlain Court Care Home for a few weeks he has already settled in and is starting to embrace all that it has to offer.

Since the day Mum arrived at Chamberlain Court Care Home a few months ago, both Mum and I have been made to feel very welcome - part of the Chamberlain Court family. The staff always welcome us and take the time to say hello and chat and go out of their way to make sure Mum is happy with everything.
I am delighted Mum chose to come to Chamberlain Court. She is well looked after and treated as an individual person who has chosen to live in the home, rather than being treated just as a resident who is being looked after there. The home itself is always bright and welcoming and the facilities and the range of activities for the residents to take part in if they want to is amazing.

I think this message that I sent to Chamberlain Court Care Home at the end of last year tells you all you need to know about the quality of the staff and this care home:-
My wife and I wanted to say thank you so much for the superb celebration that you laid on for my mother's 100th birthday earlier
this week. My mother and all the guests had a wonderful time. The venue, food, decorations and singer were perfect but, above all, the staff excelled themselves as usual. Particular thanks for making the call to move the venue to the third-floor entertainment suite, the chef for the superb cake and the staff hosting the event. They are a great credit to you. However, I guess we shouldn't be surprised since we have been extremely impressed with all the staff at Chamberlain Court - their caring and friendly manner has been exemplary since my mother moved in earlier this year. No wonder she tells everyone that if she can't be at home, Chamberlain Court is where she wants to be!

Having visited my dear friend of forty-four years, I was reassured that the necessity to move into nursing care was fulfilled by this home. The staff were smiling and attentive, the decor beautiful and uplifting.

Mum has been a resident for the past three months and has Alzheimer’s. It has been so nice to see her genuine smile and to see her happy there. Before Chamberlain Court she was so restless and wandering constantly. We were surprised how quick Mum settled. The staff have been great. Very friendly and
caring and supportive. Mum has found a new love for crafting and colouring and made friends. The garden there is lovely and Mum loves going into the garden to see the fishes and birds in the aviary. There is always a buzz at the home and the telling sign is seeing the smiles of the residents and seeing them so happy. Friends and family who’ve visited Mum are always impressed with how lovely the home is, how clean and how friendly the staff are.

My aunt has been a resident at Chamberlain Court Care Home for between two and three months. While a move from independent living to a care home is rarely a positive move for the resident, who would prefer to remain at home, my aunt has generally been happy and settled. She speaks highly of the staff
and of the attention she receives.

My mother has been a resident since late July 2021.
I have been a very regular visitor and, on all occasions, have found the staff to be caring, helpful and utterly professional, both towards me and my mother. Knowing that she is so well-cared for gives me tremendous peace of mind.
There is a good
programme of activities for residents to take part in, should they wish to, and my mother has enjoyed many of these. The gardens are beautifully maintained and provide the opportunity to spend some time outdoors in better weather.
