Both my parents have been diagnosed with dementia which has deteriorated over the last 18 months. Both their needs are different as their types of dementia differs and slowly we and they realised that they were no longer able to cope at home. Their 1st stay was for short respite stay but in the last
two months, they moved in on a permanent basis. Myself and my sisters were initially worried how they would feel leaving the family home but they have both settled in really well and feel much better in themselves now they know they are cared for and that they don't have to worry. They have both said they wouldn't want to be anywhere else.


The facilities at Chamberlain Court are exceptional and the staff really are second to none. I can honestly say it is like being part of a big family; everyone is so friendly, incredibly kind and very importantly, extremely jolly. It is a joy to visit my parents and as a family member you are made to feel like one of the big family too.

An excellent facility with a genuine feeling of care and warmth throughout. I am genuinely impressed with everything I have seen and would certainly choose to live here myself one day should I need to be cared for. The whole team are friendly and helpful and I have witnessed a very high standard of

Last weekend I visited my father who recently moved into Chamberlain Court. I received a warm friendly welcome and was escorted to my father's room which is bright, cheerful and well decorated. I was extremely impressed by the genuine respect and kindness the staff demonstrated to him at all times.
The nurses made sure he understood everything they said and made him feel special, delivering the more personal aspects of his care in a dignified manner. There is attention to detail in everything from the furniture to the care of the individual. I spent the day at Chamberlain Court and left feeling relieved knowing he is in good hands. I have spoken with my father since my visit and I understand that on Sunday afternoon, whilst he was watching a film in the cinema room, they were given chocolates and popcorn and, yesterday, they had a Chinese meal to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year. To quote my father he said "they make it a very nice and interesting place to live!

We appreciated the small dining room where we had our own space to talk.
The service was excellent and we had a good meal for a very reasonable price.

We needed urgent respite when my father fell and my mother could no longer care for him alone at home. The staff at Chamberlain Court took the best possible care of him. They took the trouble to find out about him. Understood how his dementia affects him and were unfailingly calm and kind. The activities
were excellent and appropriate (wine tasting, discussions, cooking, exercise) the food is delicious and we felt welcome always. The building and décor are of a really high quality. It's the best home I've visited.

As the General Manager, my passion lies in supporting my team to provide consistent quality in all that they do for residents. It’s the little things that count and I pride myself on attention to detail. Making a difference to the lives of residents is what it’s all about. I am very proud to lead a dedicated team, recruited specifically for their compassion and experience to support each other in delivering the very best for each and every resident, whatever their role at Chamberlain Court. Our commitment to residents is to deliver a service enabling them to live truly meaningful lives in a luxurious setting. Our commitment is also to ensure that Chamberlain Court plays an active role in the local community and is a home full of loving care, joy and laughter.
