I have been highly impressed with the care my mum has received here. The staff are extremely professional, well trained and very helpful and compassionate.
My mum settled in very quickly and made friends with other residents.

She joined in with lots of activities and is also more alert and mobile than when she arrived. Cannot fault the care.

Cumnor Hill House is an exceptional care home.

My mother is enjoying a new lease of life since moving in 5 weeks ago. She has rekindled making friends and eating extremely well. The staff are so caring and nothing is too much trouble and any issues are dealt with swiftly and with a smile. All the residents are loved, cared for and treated with dignity and respect. Family and friends are made very welcome and I can recommend the delicious meals and cappuccinos. Panoramic views of the gardens and woods beyond from all main reception rooms have the wow factor. All activities, plus hairdressing, manicures, massages and trips out are all offered in the inclusive price. Brilliant. Thanks.

Cumnor Hill surpasses its mission statement of 'exceptional luxury living' by delivering a high standard of 'hotel style living' underpinned by a competent, caring, compassionate and professional nursing/care team. My 87-year-old mother has spent a period of 'respite care' at Cumnor Hill and the improvement in her health/wellbeing while there was noticeable. As a retired nurse, Cumnor Hill to me is a 'model' for good care of the most vulnerable people in our society. My heartfelt thanks to the Cumnor Hill team, you are inspirational.

Very good home for my aunt. Everyone is friendly and knows all the resident's names. Lots of activities to keep everyone occupied.

Although slightly more expensive than others, you get so much for your money.

My mother (aged 90) goes into Cumnor Hill House for respite care whilst we take a break away from home. She thoroughly enjoys it and is greeted as an old friend by the staff. She always is happy and relaxed in their care and I have no hesitation in recommending Cumnor Hill House.

After a friend came to Cumnor Hill House for respite care when we were made so welcome. We now come to most of the Thursday evening entertainments (which we really enjoy). We are able to meet with the residents and have got to know some really well.

We are always made very welcome by all the staff who are very caring. Thank you.

A very pleasant experience. I was treated really well and was particularly taken with the food and drinks which were free. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The evening entertainment on Thursday 8th March was so good, he was a very good magician entertainer, and his tricks were so popular with everyone. Food and drinks were of very high quality. The person we visited is obviously being very well looked after. A lovely room she occupies.

I came to Cumnor Hill House from hospital following an operation for bowel cancer.
It was just what I needed before going to my home (I live alone), I can't speak highly enough.
My room, the staff, nursing care, first class, nothing too much trouble.
The food really excellent, (I can only take small meals at present), a great selection and beautifully cooked by chef.

I am so glad I chose Cumnor Hill House - I think it is unique in all it has to offer.
