We are pleased that we chose Montpellier Manor as a care home for my mother. She has been there a year now. We looked at a lot of care homes, Montpellier stands out from the rest. The building is laid out in a good way for the residents. It's bright and beautiful too. What I like about it is there are
plenty of staff and activities and in general a good feel in the place. The staff all work hard and help me to feel okay about leaving my mother there. If I have a problem or a concern I can ask the staff for help. Overall happy with this care home. Well done to everyone.

I cannot speak more highly of my mum's care home. Not only is the place beautiful, clean and comfortable, the staff are kind, welcoming and thoughtful. From the administrators, carers, activities and housekeeping and maintenance staff you can see how much they know and care for the residents. My mum
is happy and seen. We as a family, enjoy visiting and spending time with her here.

Everyone at Montpellier Manor, management, support staff and care team provide excellent care for my parents. The facilities are always immaculate and the atmosphere is very friendly.

My dad has resided at Montepellier Manor for a few months now. We dreaded the disruption caused to him moving at such a late stage in life but I can sincerely say that this feeling has now evaporated totally.
The environment of the home is indeed lovely including the rooms, decor, food and facilities.
However
the biggest factor by a mile is the team who work there - I have had nothing but warm, caring and helpful exchanges with everyone including carers, seniors, the housekeeping team, maintenance, reception, catering, activities, and managers - everyone has been amazing and very responsive to any question or request.

Having visited a dear friend for the first time yesterday with my partner, I was impressed on first impressions. The ambience was conducive to calm and tranquillity. Her room was spacious and all facilities were present. When her tablet needed charging, the receptionist was all too ready to accommodate
my requests. We only stayed an hour, but intend to visit weekly when I can be more constructive if necessary.

Care, empathy and support my dad received at Montpellier was really excellent. This was such a positive experience, compared to other respite places, for both Dad and us his family.
A care home is what it is but it is the people who work there that make the difference for that experience and credit
goes to both management and staff for making it so in all departments.
I'm sure such a good experience has contributed to Dad recovering so quickly. Many thanks to all.

My mum only spent two months at Montpellier Manor before she passed away on the 7th of February 2024. In that short time she was cared for by all the staff with so much love, care and compassion. It's an amazing care home and I feel blessed that my mum spent her last two months there. Nothing was ever
too much trouble for all staff, including the management team, and always with a smile.

Overall, excellent. My dad had the need to go into a home for the first time, and whilst it was a shorter period than we all hoped for, the home itself was super in terms of care, facilities and the human touch. I understand the practicalities of having to organise and have to deal with tricky situations
in a care home, and I think they balanced this well. Quieter in terms of staff on an evening and the weekend, but this is understandable.
I can only appreciate and thank all the staff we came into contact with for helping comfort my dad and ourselves whilst we cared for him.

Dad initially went to Montpellier Manor in September for respite. After three weeks, he ended up becoming permanent and thoroughly enjoyed his next few weeks. He was encouraged to mix and started more walking than he had done for years, encouraged by the carers and staff.
Couldn’t fault the service
he received and grew attached to numerous of the carers.
Sadly, Dad passed away in the home in November, and the staff made it as easy as they possibly could during difficult circumstances.

My mother-in-law recently moved to Montpellier Manore and has settled in very quickly. The staff are all very welcoming. We were able to make her room homely with her own belongings, and the room is kept to a very clean standard. The floor she is on allows her to move around freely but safely, and she
is really enjoying engaging with the staff and residents. She enjoys the daily activities, and we feel so happy now knowing she is well cared for, safe and warm.

My mum spent over two years in Montpellier Manor Care Home and her care there was second to none. Staff were supportive and encouraging, helping her to maintain a level of independence appropriate to her abilities. The staff were all approachable and supported myself and other family members during
our visits. In addition to assistance with her physical needs, my mum was included in social activities and events and found great comfort in the spiritual support offered within the home. She was encouraged to make her room her own and many thanks to all those who helped with this.
I would recommend the home to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved one. The support staff all deserve a mention as they too were faultless in the support of my mum. The past two years have been difficult but were made much easier by everyone at Montpellier.

My mother-in-law was a resident at Montpellier Manor Care Home for two years prior to her passing in October 2023. During her time there, she was shown care and support of the highest quality. The facilities at the home are five-star with comfortable recreation areas, coffee shop, lovely restaurant
and hairdressing, the list is endless. The rooms, themselves, are also first-class with all modern facilities and spotlessly clean.
More importantly, all of the staff were so attentive and caring, making my mother-in-law’s stay there literally a home from home. We could not believe our luck when we were able to get a room initially and our expectations were exceeded in the two years my mother-in-law was a resident. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all all Montpellier.

Mum has been a resident at Montpellier Manor Care Home for nearly four years, during which she has experienced a wide range of the care provided by the home and its staff. I and my siblings are not able to visit as often as we would like because, whilst brought up in Middlesbrough, we all now live a
good distance away. That has made our visits and regular phone contacts all the more important for both Mum and us.
Over the years, we have dealt with most of the care staff on the ground floor and have always found them unfailingly helpful, despite the daily work challenges that they all must face. That experience has made us increasingly appreciative and grateful for the care and attention that all members of the care team have given and continue to give to Mum.
All in all, Montpellier Manor is a splendid place.

Mum has been a resident of Montpellier Manor for three years. The staff are very friendly and caring. The activity organiser is excellent in involving the residents in the keep fit classes. Mum enjoys the music classes. We enjoy taking Mum to the coffee bar for a lovely coffee. Special thanks to the
