Montpellier Manor

I'm sure such a good experience has contributed to Dad recovering so quickly. Many thanks to all.

My mum only spent two months at Montpellier Manor before she passed away on the 7th of February 2024. In that short time she was cared for by all the staff with so much love, care and compassion. It's an amazing care home and I feel blessed that my mum spent her last two months there. Nothing was ever too much trouble for all staff, including the management team, and always with a smile.

Excellent all round.

My mother-in-law recently moved to Montpellier Manore and has settled in very quickly. The staff are all very welcoming. We were able to make her room homely with her own belongings, and the room is kept to a very clean standard. The floor she is on allows her to move around freely but safely, and she is really enjoying engaging with the staff and residents. She enjoys the daily activities, and we feel so happy now knowing she is well cared for, safe and warm.

During the last few days of Mum's life, she received the best possible care, and staff went above and beyond to ensure all her needs were met and she retained her dignity. Faultless commitment to providing excellent care for residents and beyond their time.

I would recommend the home to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved one. The support staff all deserve a mention as they too were faultless in the support of my mum. The past two years have been difficult but were made much easier by everyone at Montpellier.

More importantly, all of the staff were so attentive and caring, making my mother-in-law’s stay there literally a home from home. We could not believe our luck when we were able to get a room initially and our expectations were exceeded in the two years my mother-in-law was a resident. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all all Montpellier.

I am grateful for all the work that the staff put in to make my stay at Montpellier Manor as comfortable as possible. The staff I came into contact with were very kind and caring without exception. Although I didn't take part in many activities it seemed as if everybody had a good time.

All in all, Montpellier Manor is a splendid place.

Mum has been a resident of Montpellier Manor for three years. The staff are very friendly and caring. The activity organiser is excellent in involving the residents in the keep fit classes. Mum enjoys the music classes. We enjoy taking Mum to the coffee bar for a lovely coffee. Special thanks to the handyman who is so helpful.

Mum really enjoyed her experience at Montpellier Manor during her final months. The staff genuinely cared for Mum taking care of her and sharing her good sense of humour which has helped significantly during her end-of-life care. I would certainly recommend Montpellier to anyone considering a care setting for their loved ones.

Staff are very friendly, caring and supportive. The management team are very informative if any concerns about my dad. My dad was well cared for, the home is a lovely environment, rooms are very clean, also spacious and plenty of activities going on. I had nothing to worry about as Dad was in good hands and helped him back on his feet.

Beautiful place. Very friendly, decorated lovely. The staff are wonderful, first class.

My aunt was admitted in an emergency and ended up staying nine weeks. To be honest, thought I'd died and gone to heaven. After a traumatic few days, she was welcomed with open arms from wonderful staff to what looked like a five-star hotel. Though this might just be first impression but know her full stay remained wonderful. Everyone was warm and approachable, very attentive, and couldn't ask for better. Rooms and facilities are spotless and clean, everything is in good condition, nothing old or tired, beautiful!. Have worked in care homes and seen first-hand the grotty flip side. Would thoroughly recommend it here 100%.

Staff are very helpful, always someone on hand. Laundry done every day. Choice of food on the menu. Would certainly recommend Montpellier Manor Care Home.
