Marigold Nursing Home

Mam has now lived in Marigold Nursing Home for over five years. She is very well looked after and happy, the care team go out of their way to make sure her needs are met, as they do whenever myself or family visit. It gave me no option that when my father was diagnosed with dementia to approach the home to ask if he could move in, without hesitation they agreed that Dad should be with Mam, it's lovely to visit and see them together again.

Care facilities, home and food are excellent.

This care home should be highly awarded for its absolute dedication and professionalism. The manager and staff are absolutely amazing and the staff are so beautifully caring and loving. I only wish this was the example for all other care homes to follow.

Mam has complex dementia along with other care needs. The staff at Marigold are excellent in dealing with Mam's dementia and behaviour needs. The manager is always happy to give us time to talk should you have anything you wish to discuss. The care, patience and kindness from the staff are what you want when faced with the decision to place your loved one in a care home.

Marigold Nursing Home is very clean and tidy. All staff, including management, are very friendly. When you enter the premises, you can feel the warmth, friendship and love from the manager and staff. I feel the home is run very professionally, and think I am extremely fortunate that there was a room available when we needed help.

Everyone at Marigold has been extremely supportive. The staff have been sensitive to my father-in-law's needs. I have been kept informed of his care and any improvements or concerns. My father-in-law has settled into the routines. He has spoken well of the staff - very pleased with the standard of care.

I find that Marigold Nursing Home is very helpful and supportive and have a very friendly atmosphere. Nothing is a problem for them. They encourage families to come to meetings and also join in with activities. Warm and friendly. So pleased my dad is here.

My dad, who has been at this care home for several years now, sadly passed away yesterday. The care shown to him and my family has been second to none.
