Usually dressed well, fairly clean most of the time. Good amount of enrichment in the living room, and we are fairly well updated with what she gets up to. Staff aren't too bad at following instructions for grandmas care.
My wife has been at Greenview for nearly 6 years! I have found over that long period all the staff kind, considerate, professional and capable in the way they look after her. The staff are well led by Edna on the household & by Neela as the home manager. They & the staff are approachable & do listen to any concerns (health etc) that I may have.
I am entirely dependent on Greenview Hall as I have no home to go to. I am sharing the community of 60 souls on the journey to death. In my 3 months here I required an enormous adjustment and to become resident. My journey of adjustment is continuing. I wonder about the routine of my side here. I am not dissatisfied with my time here as I have been very well cared for. My experiences will lead to change inevitably.
The staff are very friendly and caring. I am always kept up to date about my mum and my mum has looked so much better since joining Greenview Hall. The home is lovely, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Mum has been at Greenview for 2 months now. Our experience has been fantastic from the very first visit and has remained so consistently. The staff are all so caring and professional and Mum says she feels very safe and relaxed. She is busy with activities and is enjoying the food very much. she is sleeping so much better than she was in her own home as she is less anxious, more relaxed and more active.

Mum has been resident for almost 5 months and we couldn't be happier with the care she has received.
Her medical and social care needs are being met every day. She has settled in so well, is supported to join in with the activities and is enjoying the company of not only fellow residents but also the staff.
I have never visited without being made to feel part of mum's care. The reception team are so helpful and smiley. The medical team are approachable and always keep us updated with Mum's care. And all the other members of the team are friendly which creates such a lovely atmosphere to visit.
Mum has been able to do far more living at Greenview than she was when she was living by herself. And we can see how happy and healthy she looks which is all we wanted when she moved.

My parents needed respite care with a view to perhaps staying permanently. They always said they would never go into care. However, the enormous love they instantly received changed this. Greenview hall went out of their way to care for my parents from day one. Mum sadly suddenly died just before Christmas. The care given to my dad has been outstanding, helping him through his loss of mum who he was married to for 70 years. Dad calls Greenview his home and says he feels safe. I cannot thank Greenview enough for their continued care.

My husband need respite care after a hospital stay popped into Greenview to make enquiries on the Weds and by Friday he was in and and within a week his delirium was disappearing. Had him home for a year but then he needed 24hr care so went back to Greenview and he was settled within a week and is so much better now he is getting really good care as am I.

Greenview Hall provides a welcoming and safe experience for our mother who needed care after hospital treatment for a fractured pelvis due to advancing Alzheimer's. Staff are very attentive and take great care in making sure that all her needs are met. As a family we are fully and promptly informed of any changes made to her routine of care. The daily menu has a wide selection catering to all dietary needs and the cafe is well stocked with snacks for residents and visitors. Activities are run daily, are varied and always with a sense of fun for social engagement and laughter. Most importantly our mother is settled and very happy.
At Greenview Hall Care Home - Care UK we hold ourselves to a high standard and therefore we appreciate all feedback so we can continually look to improve and ensure the delivery of high quality care.
All her needs are being met and the care is very individualised. Her room is clean and airy and she loves her little garden.

Kim
I cannot fault Greenview care home. They were a support from the moment we decided my mother needed to join them. Mum was at first apprehensive but the care team were so supportive and so lovely that she has settled really well.
The staff are all wonderful and I can safely say that not once have I been greeted with an unhappy face. The staff are always smiling, you always get a greeting and thats not just by the wonderful reception team, but by all the team.
Activities are great, and Mum is beginning to join in and she loves the food. The home is always clean and tidy.

During my nan's last weeks of her life, the team cared for her as though she was a member of their own family. They treated her with such dignity, compassion, and respect, and made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for all of us.

Greenview Hall is an absolutely wonderful care home. I cannot stress enough how exceptional a care home it is. It's a real home from home. We felt very welcomed when we visited the care home, & knew at the end of visiting several other homes during that day, that this home was where we wanted our Mum to live. ALL the staff are amazing, so welcoming, friendly, considerate & kind. The care home is kept to an excellent standard, all areas are clean & spotless, & the room's & en-suite bathrooms are very spacious. There are plenty of activities to keep residents happy & the food menu is varied & of a very high standard.
