Eton House looks and feels like a 5-star hotel the staff from management to support staff are all very helpful and friendly. My brother came to stay at Elton in January this year and I feel he is getting the best care. He says the staff are all lovely and he really enjoys the food. I would highly recommend Elton House.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback and for taking the time to review our home. We love having your brother with us and seeing his family when you visit. Thank you for choosing Elton House, and becoming part of our family. Best wishes
I have found all the staff very friendly and very welcoming. They pay attention to detail and are considerate to the guests and the residents. The rooms are airy, clean and bright. The food is beautifully presented and is prepared to a high standard. I love the 'feel ' as you enter the main doors. The bonus point is that all the staff love dogs and are allowed to visit the home, creating a life and giving home.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and comments. We are very proud of our home and strive to ensure all our residents, families and friends feel welcome at Elton House, even our four-legged friends which we love seeing. Our chef and his team endeavour to maintain a high standard at all times. I look forward to seeing you and my little four-legged friend soon. Best wishes
I can’t speak highly enough about the team and facilities at Elton House. Our father was there towards the end of his life and they went out of their way to not only support him, but the family as well. We found there to be genuine care from everyone from the support staff to the nurses and the management. Having seen a number of homes prior to this, it’s in a completely different league to the rest. It’s a place you actually want to spend time in, which makes these decisions so much easier. My only regret is that our father didn’t move there earlier, as I think he would have benefitted from the wider facilities and community. I would like to extend a specific thanks to the manager and the client liaison manager and the third floor team who made a difficult time so much easier.
Thank you for sharing your positive feedback which is important to us, your lovely comments will be shared with our dedicated team. We take great pride in ensuring we deliver the best of care for our residents, the care and services we deliver are extremely important to us. Very best wishes to you and your family.
My grandfather has recently stayed for respite care in the home and had the best experience. The service was remarkable. Management and staff were incredible and very friendly. I would recommended this home to anyone who is looking for a long or short stay for their loved ones. The home itself looks like a five star hotel.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we are so happy that you, your grandfather and the wider family were happy with the respite stay, we do pride ourselves on giving excellent care in wonderful surroundings. We are sure that your review will help other family members when they are looking for care for their loved ones.
Elton House is top notch. My father has visibly improved since he arrived at Easter. He walks a lot, with his pusher, is very well looked after and well nourished. Great that he can access the garden with Mum and family now the weather is fine. The carers know everyone's name and are very dedicated. To see the pictures of Dad going to a funfair and his pleasure of eating at ninety-nine made my day!
Thank you so much for your kind words. I must say, like you, the improvement in your dad's mobility since he came to Elton House has amazed us all! He is now enjoying life to the full; he loves the trips out and all of the social events that we arrange.
Absolutely fantastic care home. Wonderful, caring staff and lovely facilities. An all-round great place for my mother-in-law.

My aunt moved into Elton House last month, and as a family, it was a difficult decision to make. It has turned out to be our best decision. My aunt has settled in well, is happy, and above all, well cared for.

Your aunt has made lots of new friends here, which I know was one of her concerns when making her decision about which home to move into; she particularly loves the trips we go on and has embraced all of our extensive activity programs.

Meet the Team (1)

I have been in the care industry for over 5 years and I am the main contact for families who are looking for a Care Home. I love supporting people, showing prospective residents our stunning home and helping them make the best decision for their loved ones.
Thinking about moving a family member into a Care Home can be a confusing and disconcerting time. Deciding on when it is the right time to move is a big step, it can be daunting and an unsettling time for those involved. I am always available to have a conversation about individual care needs and answer any questions you may have.
Having been through a similar situation with a family member who lived with dementia, I can really understand and empathise with every step of the journey families are having to take. I am passionate about caring and helping people to live well as they grow old and recognise the huge benefits of being in a community filled with love and kindness.
