I have found new friends here and really enjoy the food. We sometimes have cheese and wine nights or French afternoons, which I really like. I get an apple every day because an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I like the gardens and go walking with my friends every day. I am so happy that my family
can come back now and they even got to see my bedroom from the window.

Moving my mum into Windsor Court during Covid restrictions has obviously limited my experience of the home environment itself. However, everything else I have experienced has been excellent: from before Mum transferred, preparation, the welcome on arrival and on-going care for Mum, who is very content.
She looks really well and loves all the staff and the food. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly helpful. Extremely pleased.

During the month of November, my mother became quite poorly, resulting in hospitalisation where she was diagnosed positive to Covid-19. During this time, the managers and staff were a massive support for me and my mother. This support continued after her death on 04/12/2020. I would personally like

Mum arrived when she was 98 years old and we moved Mum from London into a wonderful new home. Everything was excellent and as Mum kept saying 'what more could I want? Three meals a day and no washing up'. I could not wish for a better place for Mum in her last years.

I moved here in November 2019 and have never been happier. When it came to needing more care and being isolated in my previous flat, this is such a great place. Everything I need is attend to and the staff and other residents are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

A very warm welcome at reception followed by a lovely feeling of calmness. The quality of finish was very high throughout the well thought out layout of public areas and rooms.

Our Doctor recommended the home to care for my wife when I had a hip operation. This worked extremely well and what I had feared for the stability of my wife was well allayed. She was well spoilt and loved it. I was here for 2 days before the op and 8 days after. It worked very well, had all the help
I asked for should have asked for more. Recuperated well. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Care excellent.

This is a beautifully designed building a lot of thought has gone into it to make it suitable for elderly people. The staff are very well trained and are always helpful. Having visited friends in other care homes I have not been to one as good as Windsor Court.

As a registered manager of 17 years, I never thought I would be in this position of having a parent in care. Immaculate home, no odours. Very friendly, attentive, caring staff. I would be proud to manage this home. A resident said to me 'nothing is too much for the staff here and the ones in charge'.

My 92-year-old mother needed respite care at very short notice following a spell in hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that they were able to accommodate her. From the moment she arrived, she was made to feel welcome, being thoughtfully seated for lunch with
people with whom the staff felt she would share common interests. The food was good, the bedroom comfortable and peaceful and the facilities are well thought out. During her two week stay, she made friends and especially enjoyed some of the organised activities (quizzes, French, "sitting dancing"). She had never been keen on being in a care home before this, but was very complimentary about everything and would happily return.

I had no idea what to expect and have been pleasantly surprised at the care taken to make life enjoyable for the residents.

My mum is a very happy resident. She was reluctant to move into a care home but has settled extremely quickly thanks to the caring staff and comfortable facilities.
The place is very homely, there are lots of spaces to either socialise or get peace. There always seems to be lots going on and everyone
is encouraged to join in.
The bedrooms are lovely and some have small patios open to the large gardens.
Hopefully, I'll be able to come to a place like this in my later years.

I arrived here in February. It is now March. I am delighted to say I am quite happy and content. I am liking the home very much. The staff are very pleasant and helpful - the food is good, enjoyable. The atmosphere always pleasant, Facilities, the bedroom, dining rooms are pleasant and easily available
and if help is required it is readily available.
