Moving down from the North East, Mum has been at Windsor Court, Wetherby since early February 2019. Very much a people person, she was worried she might be bored. From day 1 however, she was made to feel at home and has enjoyed the surroundings, the warmth, care and good-humoured banter with all of
the staff she has encountered and the activities and social interaction which is encouraged with the other residents. She is very rarely in her room! I usually find her in the lounge chatting away, reading the paper, doing crosswords, engaging if she chooses with what is taking place. She says she is very happy at Windsor Court and that it is beyond her expectations. Mum and I both agree it is expensive but offers Mum a very good quality of life. The quality of care she has received so far has been excellent. Thank you Windsor Court.

My mum moved in about 6 weeks ago and absolutely loves her new home. Windsor Court is very comfortable, clean and she enjoys the onsite cinema. Staff are amazing and she enjoys all the chat with the other residents. There’s a real sense of community and always something interesting going on. Couldn’t
have asked for a better place for mum to stay and we are left confident that she is safe and well cared for 24/7.

We had already identified Windsor Court as a very suitable care home for my mother, who had become increasingly frail over the past year. The home management pulled out all the stops to organise an earlier admission date than we had planned, as a result of a fall. All of the staff have been so kind
and understanding towards my mother and have gone the extra mile to meet her needs and help her settle into her new environment, which is very calming and a true home from home. The care that my mother has received has been excellent and of the highest standard, as has the food and overall standards of the building. My wife and I have also been made to feel welcome and part of the family. I have no hesitation in recommending this home.
