Welcome to Kingfisher View!

Kingfisher View, part of Exemplar Health Care, is a specialist care service that supports people living with complex and high acuity needs.

The service has seven single and dual occupancy apartments that support 12 adults living with complex mental health needs, acquired brain injury, schizophrenia and dementia.
The apartments are modern and fully equipped to maximise people’s independence.
They include a large bedroom with an accessible wet room, equipped kitchen with accessible worktops, lounge and dining area and patio access to a large garden.

The home also has a communal activities hub and garden area to promote a community feel.

Kingfisher View supports people on their journey from being in hospital or living in a secure setting to community-based living, as well as offering longer term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.

The home is at the heart of the local community. It's situated in the suburb of Fryston, within walking distance of shops and community life, and provides person-centred care and rehabilitation to help residents grow their life skills, maximise their independence, and live as fulfilled lives as possible.
