Absolutely over the moon with my mother-in-law's health and welfare at Fountains. We couldn't have found a better place for her. The staff here are always so welcoming and look after the residents so well. Nothing is too much trouble.

Dad spent two weeks in respite care at Fountains last autumn. He felt very welcomed and enjoyed his stay so much that he agreed to a permanent move at the end of Jan 2024, despite originally thinking he would never move to a care home.
Fountains staff - from front line, carers, maintenance etc. are
really lovely; cannot fault them so far! The hot chocolate is Dad's fav.

Fountains Care Home cared for my mother wonderfully for the last 5 weeks of her life, while at the care home. The whole team work caring, making my mother both welcome and comfortable and eventually fighting for her cause with the NHS, where she eventually had good end-of-life care. Nothing but praise
for the facilities and especially all the staff, management, office and carers.

What a lovely environment with a homely feel. Mom is here for respite for a month to help the family facilitate a number of things. She is very happy and comfortable. Always a welcoming experience, reception area/coffee area seems to always have positive activities and residents present. My dad always comments on friendliness of staff and quality of food. Sometimes he tolerates 1 or 2 other residents who from time to time can be a little too tense for his mood. But
all manageable. Overall, a great first few months.
