Fountains provided a wonderful environment for a frail old lady struggling with vascular dementia and a number of age-related co-morbidities which made staying at home with my 92 year old father no longer possible. The Fountains team welcomed her (and my father, who visited virtually every day), into a beautiful, safe place in which she could live her best life - engaged with and understood by charming and warm staff, engaged and entertained by the activities programme, fed by an expert catering team and where her personal needs were attended to with dignity and skill. When difficulties and crises arose (which they of course do) they were always handled with kindness and professionalism.
