Always a welcoming experience, reception area/coffee area seems to always have positive activities and residents present. My dad always comments on friendliness of staff and quality of food. Sometimes he tolerates 1 or 2 other residents who from time to time can be a little too tense for his mood....

Everyone here is lovely, it is clear they care for their residents and take pride in what they do. The home is always clean and I look forward to coming to see Nan here. They always have good activities for the residents which encourage them to be more active.
