From the intial enquiry, to meeting Sally-Ann (the Manager) in person, plus the at home assessment, I could not fault the care.
Thank you to all of the team at Lambwood Heights.
Thank you for your positive feedback of Lambwood Heights and our Rehab Retreat package , we are delighted dad's confidence has grown and wish him well being back at home.
We are very grateful and feel very lucky that we found such a fantastic home. Thank you to you all at Lambwood Heights.
Thank you for this lovely review of our home it means a lot , we were delighted to have dad stay with us and wish him every happiness and good health in the future.
My mum has stayed at Lambwood Heights twice now as a Respite Care Resident. It has really put my mind at rest knowing that she is safe and being cared for with such kindness, understanding patience and tolerance. She really relaxes when she stays there and it's testament to all the staff that she feels comfortable, safe, happy and 'at home' enough to be herself and enjoy herself! Her en-suite room on Beech floor is lovely and there is an atmosphere of warmth and respect which is natural but also proactively fostered. All the facilities are beautifully kept. The variety and quality of the daily activity programme also needs a mention, as it really brought mum 'out of herself' & to be able to do them together was lovely! She fully embraced yoga, chair exercises, board games and even won a round of boules -she was so proud! The staffs professional expertise and 'empathetic loveliness' with mum and me has been exemplary. We feel very lucky and grateful to have found Lambwood Heights
Thank you for your excellent feedback , this means so much to us that people feel safe and comfortable and that relatives are reassured in entrusting the care of their loved ones with us. We very much look forward to welcoming mum back to stay with us.
Stayed at Lambwood Heights for 2 weeks after having a replacement knee operation. Found the staff and general manager very friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. I have revisited the home twice since leaving to see another lady I became friends with and each time have been greeted with a very friendly warm atmosphere. I was only there two weeks but feel as if I had a connection with the place.
Thank you so very much for your warm review, we loved having you stay with us and you are very welcome to visit us anytime , we'd love to see you.
I feel calmed and welcomed at this place all the carers are so nice it is like a house but with amazing people this place is so beautiful love it! Thank you for taking care of my dad you guys are the best!
Many thanks for your wonderful feedback it is very much appreciated and it is an absolute privilege to have your dad with us.
My grandmother stayed at Lambwood Heights for two and a half years while living with dementia, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she received during her time there. The whole team provided such kind, compassionate, and high-quality support, not only to my grandmother but also to us as a family.
She had a wonderful routine, enjoyed her time in the home, and we always felt comfortable and welcome when spending time with her in that environment. The decor of the home is lovely and welcoming, which made visiting even more comforting, and the food was good with plenty of vegetarian options available.
Every member of staff, from housekeeping and lifestyle to the kitchen staff and carers was fantastic, hardworking, and genuinely caring. The management team were also exceptional, always supportive, understanding, and reassuring to us as a family throughout her stay. Their dedication made a very difficult time much easier for all of us.
We all greatly appreciate your kind feedback , it was our pleasure to have your grandmother live with us and for you all to be part of our family too.
From the moment my mum arrived the attention she received was impeccable. SHe was welcomed by all the staff. They introduced themselves and made her feel so comfortable. Our questions were answered quickly with kindness and compassion. She was cared for so well, checked on regularly and looked after meticulously. She was able to keep her pride and dignity despite being so unwell and unable to care for herself. We could not have wished for mum to spend her final days in a lovelier comfortable home. We cant thank everyone at Lambwood Heights enough.
Thank you for your beautiful feedback , we are so pleased that you chose us to care for Mum it was an honour and a privilege to be able to do so.
The staff in all areas was excellent could not be faulted.
Many thanks for your feedback it is much appreciated.

The staff here make this place what it is: a warm friendly caring environment. My mother has been here coming up to a year now, and is looked after well. The staff are kind and understanding and supportive.
Thank you ever so much for taking the time to leave us a review which we will share with the team and we are delighted mum chose to call Lambwood Heights home.
However, from the initial viewing to the warmth given by the reception team and onwards we have nothing but praise for Lambwood Heights. The accommodation is of a high standard, it is spotlessly clean throughout, and staff are friendly and professional. All of this coupled with the various events that are organised and the amenities on hand we feel sure we made the right decision for my wife, most of all she seems happy and well cared for in her new surroundings.
Ronald, husband of resident.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review based on your experience. We appreciate the difficult decisions that are made with all individual experiences.
All my questions were answered in full. I saw numerous staff around the home and everyone was extremely friendly. The home is very clean, bright and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble the day my mother became a resident. Furniture was moved to accommodate her needs. As a family we were made very welcome to stay as long as we wished to enable our mother to settle in. Our mother has had a few problems since moving in but everyone went above and beyond to assist her. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the home.
Thank you for taking the time to review, we appreciate your feedback.
My partner stayed in Lambwood Heights for respite care, it is a beautiful care home, staff very friendly and welcoming his stay went without a hitch, he tells me the food was very good, I visited with some American relatives, who were most impressed with the standard of care they witnessed, would certainly recommend this care home
Thank you for your review it means a lot to us all.
The quality of the facilities is excellent, the food was very good and my Dad's room was airy and comfortable. My Dad's partner and our nephews who visited all thought the home was marvellous. It was easy to contact my Dad too so we could stay in touch.
Thanks so much to all at Lambwood for making my Dad's stay so comfortable - we were all able to relax knowing he was being well looked after.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback following Dad's respite stay with us. I am very pleased you felt things went smoothly and trusted us to care for Dad. We would gladly welcome him back for another stay with us should this be needed.
Lambwood Heights took my father in after a lengthy stay in hospital. I cannot fault the care and attention he received whilst here. Even though it was a short stay, I cannot have higher praise for the home and staff.

My father received nursing care on Cherry Mews unit and was always shown kindness, patience and compassion. Staff are so supportive and caring to both residents and family members.
Lambwood Heights is an immaculate environment, visiting family members all commented on the beautifully decorated rooms and lounges.
Lambwood staff supported us throughout my fathers stay, they are all truly amazing people who we will never forget, I would recommend this wonderful Care Home to anyone that is considering care or nursing care for a family member.
Thank you for your truly wonderful review of our beautiful home and the care and support we provide. It is most appreciated by the whole team and it was a pleasure having dad stay with us and getting to know you all.
On my first visit, it was obvious that the home is well run, clean and the residents well looked after.

Meet the Team (4)

I started my journey in Health and Social Care over a decade ago; since then, I have worked in a variety of different areas, such as Physical Disability, Learning Disability and Residential Care. I am proud and passionate to work at Lambwood Heights as General Manager, and my primary aim within my role is to create and lead a people-centred function team that delivers the best possible experience for our residents, ensuring they continue to lead a happy and purposeful life.

I began my nursing career in 2005 after qualifying as a Registered General Nurse. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of roles across both community and acute hospital settings, with most of my positions involving leadership or management responsibilities. I pride myself on maintaining high clinical standards and always focusing on compassionate, person-centred care. I love being part of the Lambwood Heights family, and I thoroughly enjoy working here.

I have been in the Health and Social Care Sector for 30 years, reaching my ambition to become a Registered Manager. I joined Oakland Care in October 2019 and have worked in various roles throughout this time and settled as the homes’ Client Relations Assistant.
Every day I walk through the door, I still get the wow feeling, thinking how lucky we are to have Lambwood Heights as a place to call home for our residents and a beautiful place to work. I thoroughly enjoy this role and meeting people as they begin their care journey and supporting them in discovering that we see it as a new chapter to be enjoyed to the full.

I joined Lambwood Heights in February 2020 and bring a lot of experience and knowledge to my role as Head of Hospitality at Lambwood Heights having previously worked at Village Kitchen, La Sala and Chigwell Hall.
We pride ourselves that the daily menu has enough variety for residents to enjoy something different each day. It’s important to get regular feedback from our residents on their likes and dislikes whilst ensuring their dietary and nutritional needs are met.
We often have themed days such as Caribbean Day and always have Fish and Chip Fridays! I like to ensure residents have their favourite meals too and our milkshakes are very popular.
When not in the kitchen I enjoy spending time with my son Antoni and long walks with my dog.
