Love the variety of activities provided; there is a full programme of music, art, crafts and entertainment so there will always be something for everyone. As a relative, I also really appreciate all the opportunities to join in, for example the 1920s Christmas party last Friday was a roaring success,
such a huge effort had been made with the decorations, food, entertainment and ambiance and it was very well attended. These events are the icing on the cake in addition to the wonderful care that my mum receives.

A lot of effort went into the excellent 1920s party on December 8th. The staff looked great in their 20s fancy dress and fully participated in the fun whilst also being attentive to the residents. Great entertainment and the lovely food provided by one member of staff. I know that my mother really enjoyed
herself as did I.

Lambwood Heights is absolutely amazing, the staff are wonderful, kind, caring and loving to residents as well as the families. Thank you so much to the Cherry Team and Management for organising a wonderful 13th and 7th birthday party for our girls. Every detail was to perfection, they went above and
beyond to make it so special for us as a family. We have been through a great deal with my husband's health but Lambwood staff have been a Godsend. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The facilities offered in this home are of a very high standard in all areas of the services provided. The space provided in public areas as well as in the rooms themselves is very spacious. The entire home is at all times clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

Would like to say a big thank you to all the staff (especially to the head chef and her chef - who did not stop cooking).
All carers/staff that helped and organised the “white-themed summer party” have been the party of the year so far!
The food/drink was amazing - thank you, chef. The main singer
and the karaoke were spot on, very professional, along with the face painting and artist. It was so enjoyable and fun, and we are so glad we attended. Thank you so much to all the staff.

I attended the Wear White Summer party at Lambwood Heights today with my sister and mum who is a resident. What an incredible event. Welcoming, friendly staff great entertainment and decorations and fabulous food, we had an absolute ball! Even experienced the fancy glitter face painting! Thank you to

Lovely afternoon at the Lambwood Heights White Party today, mum enjoyed singing along to most of the songs. Staff are so friendly and caring, such a wonderful family atmosphere, what a stark difference from the previous care home my mum was in!

Mum and Dad just enjoyed a second period of respite care. Lovely facilities and warm reception from staff. Dad had a particularly nice bedroom overlooking the garden and enjoyed all the activities. They both enjoyed minibus trips. Good weather meant they could enjoy the garden.

Very happy with the care given to my mother, who has Alzheimer's. On her floor, they understand her needs and assist her in any way they can. I do have great faith in the care that she is given. It's not an easy floor to work on, and they do a great job.

My aunt's very happy here. She has a shower everyday and wears clean clothes. She's never looked better. She's 96 years old. She likes the food and she's well taken care of. She enjoys the entertainment, especially the sing-a-longs.

Carers are helpful and friendly. I go to the hairdressing salon once a week. The food is good. Lots of activities going on. I like the sing-a-longs.

My mother has been resident in the residential unit for a few months now. Staff are helpful, friendly, responsive and respect her choices. There are many activities available, the food is excellent and the rooms are lovely. The building is well maintained. Over all my mother is quite content.

Outstanding all around would highly recommend it. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. Staff are always happy, they go out of their way to help and support the residents even preempting problems that could occur on their days off. The building is exactly as it
is in the photos, clean and tidy, the food is plentiful, with separate staff serving meals which are healthy and a wide choice, with plenty of snacks/drinks available in between meals. There are plenty of activities for residents that staff assist and encourage people to take part in. Management frequently asks for residents/family reviews which are immediately acted upon. Staff are happy and are willing to chat about their work and the support/training they get through their employer. Would definitely use it again and highly recommend it.

Lambwood Heights Care Home is very luxurious and the staff are caring. No real complaints! Just that residents are left every day placed in a lounge in front of the TV so they all sleep while staff sit around. Staff problems like everywhere, especially weekends. Repetitive entertainment and food. They

My mum has been a resident since April 2022. It is never an easy decision, but our worries and concerns were put to rest after mum's short stay for respite on two occasions had been such a help to both mum and myself. When the time came to consider permanent care, Lambwood Heights was our first choice.
The staff are very caring and committed as is management too, and are always willing to help with any matters you wish to discuss. Mum is happy and content which gives us peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend Lambwood Heights to those looking for the best care for loved ones.

The care given to my wife is excellent. The staff at Lambwood work very hard not only for the residents but also for the relatives. The atmosphere within Lambwood is a credit to all the dedicated people that are employed there.

From what I have seen, the home is caring for my mother very well. At first, she was very reluctant to join in the lifestyle activities and make friends with the other residents, but with the staff's encouragement, she is now participating in most of the entertainment and social programme. The carers
are very friendly and attentive to my mum's needs and are always helpful to visitors. The management has invited residents' families to give their ideas and views on improvements, which is good.

Warmly walked through a visit at the home by the client's relationship manager. Took my mum's needs and concerns with compassion. Every member of staff has been above and beyond expectations. She often remarks, feeling like she is on holiday! I could not have asked for a better outcome for my mum's
happiness and care. The costs are higher than average, but the standard of care is second to none.

I started working in the Care Sector in April 2012, at the age of 23. As a young person, coming from a different country, I was very excited to receive an opportunity to join a successful team and learn how great care is delivered.


I have not only matured with age but I have grown as a person amongst special individuals that I have been fortunate enough to meet in the past 10 years during my career path going from a Care Assistant role to a Reminiscence Coordinator, Deputy Manager and becoming a General Manager.


I strive to help as much as I can and support the team by sharing all my knowledge and empowering people to achieve their full potential. My goal within the Care Sector is to continue helping people feel loved and an individual, be they residents, relatives, or staff.


Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, travelling and reading as much as I can in between!

I have been in the Health and Social Care Sector for 30 years, reaching my ambition to become a Registered Manager. I joined Oakland Care in October 2019 and have worked in various roles throughout this time and settled as the homes’ Client Relations Assistant.


Every day I walk through the door, I still get the wow feeling, thinking how lucky we are to have Lambwood Heights as a place to call home for our residents and a beautiful place to work. We pride ourselves that the daily menu has enough variety for residents to enjoy something different each day. It’s important to get regular feedback from our residents on their likes and dislikes whilst ensuring their dietary and nutritional needs are met.


We often have themed days such as Caribbean Day and always have Fish and Chip Fridays! I like to ensure residents have their favourite meals too and our milkshakes are very popular.


When not in the kitchen I enjoy spending time with my son Antoni and long walks with my dog.
