My Mum joined the Belmont family at the beginning of February and I can honestly say that from the minute she arrived, my mum has had the most wonderful and fulfilling time. I say the Belmont family because that is exactly how it feels when you walk through the door. The kindness, care, friendliness and support is constantly second to none, not just to our precious mum, but to all her family too. Every single member of staff give 110% and nothing is ever too much trouble. They definitely go the extra mile, every single day without fail. I would thoroughly recommend The Belmont. My mum is clearly the happiest she has been in a long time and that is thanks to these lovely people who love and care for her, on our behalf. Thank you so very much everyone at The Belmont - you are all absolute stars.
Dear Caroline, thank you for taking the time to review the home, we will continue to do all we can to support your mom and maximise her independence, health and wellbeing to ensure each day is special. Sandie, Tommy and The Belmont Team.

Since my mother moved into The Belmont just three weeks ago, I and all her family have seen an enormous improvement in both her physical and mental well-being. It is a joy to see her looking so well, interacting with staff and other residents and just generally being at ease, comfortable and happy. When she arrived, she was given a wonderful welcome, which she so enjoyed. All the staff - the managers, the carers and the support staff, have all engaged with her and made her feel like a special individual, which of course she is! The care she is receiving is marvellous - every detail and need she has is attended to swiftly and with empathy and sensitivity when needed, and also in anticipation before she even asks! They have time to talk as well, which means so much to an elderly person. All our family are just delighted and thankful that she has found such a wonderful place. Thank you to all the carers and to the management for helping us to realise what we wanted for her.
Thank you so much for sharing this amazing feedback, we will continue to support your mom to live a full happy life at The Belmont and it's our pleasure to do all we can to make each day count. We look forward to seeing you in the home again soon. Sandie, Tommy and all the Team.

I started my career in care at 17 as a Care Assistant. I quickly developed a deep love for the role and knew that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. I went on to complete my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and enjoyed it so much that I continued with my NVQ Level 3.
I have been working at The Belmont since it opened in January 2022. I started as a Care Team Leader and was given the opportunity to become the Deputy Home Manager in August 2022. I have always taken pride in my work and am always eager to learn more.
In April 2024, I was given the chance to become the Registered Home Manager. I absolutely love working at The Belmont, where we truly feel like one big family. I am dedicated to doing my best for both my residents and my team, and I feel fortunate to spend each day with such incredible people.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time on the sidelines of a football pitch, cheering on my son, who plays for Worcester City.

I began my career in catering as a full-time chef. After having my two daughters, I found my passion when I started working in the care sector.

As the Home Administrator, you have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and prior experience with payroll. Attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks. As a Home Administrator, you'll be the first person visitors meet, so being approachable with a friendly personality is key. Building relationships with residents, their families and staff is also important.

Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and support Tottenham—watching the matches is one of my favourite pastimes.
