All the staff at Sutton Rose go above and beyond to support and care for my mum. Its a difficult journey for her and our family and we appreciate the services of Sutton Rose. The Diwali Party was was an example how the activities team ensure all residents can enjoy life. It was lovely to be included as a family member too. My mum really enjoyed our time together at the party.
Thank you so much for your lovely words. It truly means a lot to all of us at Sutton Rose that you and your mum feels supported and included. We know how emotional the journey into care can be, and we're so glad that our team has helped make things a little easier.

The rooms are nice, and the facilities are good and well-maintained. There are lots of activities to get involved with. Staff are friendly and caring with residents as well as with visitors and relatives. There is a consistently high standard of nursing and care. Dad is very happy there.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that your dad is happy here and that you've noticed the high standard of care, activities, and facilities. Our team works hard to create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents and their families, so your feedback means a great deal to us.
My wife who was suffering with alzheimers was loved and cared for by this excellent care home for over 3 1/2 years. In her time at Sutton Rose she received very high quality care from a well managed staff. They also supported me as I tried to cope with my wife condition they ensured we celebrated birthdays and anniversaries. And they continue to support the links we set up with the local school when residents and children have fun. I fully recommend Sutton Rose Care Home.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a privilege to care for your wife during her time at Sutton Rose, and we're so pleased to know that you both felt supported. Our team is proud to celebrate special occasions and create meaningful moments, and it's lovely to hear these meant so much to you. We're also delighted our school links brought joy and fun.
Myself and my husband came to a summer fair at Sutton Rose on Saturday. We were greeted at the door by a lovely lady and shown through to the back garden. The atmosphere was amazing, we saw lots of attentive staff looking after residents. The home appeared clean and tidy and the food being served was excellent. Overall its definitely somewhere I would be happy to live when my time comes.

On returning to the home on the day he entered care. They had forgotten to feed him. His drink was out of reach as was his call button. I advised that my husband has dementia and was not to be left in a chair or wheelchair on his own as he thinks he can walk. He had a fall that his daughter witnessed. When his carer went to visit they were asked how they shower him? This was on the the Wednesday on the last day, my husband was dressed. He had a conveen on and a pipe but no bag resulting in him wetting himself.
Dear K B, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your husband's care. Please be assured that the concerns you have raised are already being fully investigated, and we are working closely with you through the proper process. As you will understand, we cannot go...
My brother is very cautious about staying anywhere other than his reseidence but the staff and management understood his needs, medications and how to make him feel at home.
Thank you to the care home manager and all her team for making my brothers stay most welcoming and a rewarding break. Our family felt very confident he was in safe hands.

Sutton Rose exceeded all expectations when my Mum was discharged from hospital and admitted with a terminal condition. They helped with all the Admin & reacted at speed to assess her, and get her admitted and settled in. The staff are kind and compassionate, and the standard of care is very high. They make my mum as comfortable as possible and it is a very welcoming environment for friends and family to visit with no restrictions. It is a big weight off my mind when I have to leave her for a few days, knowing she is in such safe hands. Thank you to everyone involved in caring for my Mum.

Mum had been in residential care but due to a deterioration in her health moved to Sutton Rose Care Home - nursing unit. Sadly Mum's stay was very short just two weeks as she suddenly became ill and passed away. During her short stay I found all the staff on the nursing unit to be very friendly, caring and professional Mum settled well at the home and always looked comfortable. Throughout her stay the nursing staff communicated regularly with me. Her end of life care was excellent. I always felt reassured that mum was in safe hands.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words during such a difficult time. We're truly sorry for your loss and offer our deepest condolences to you and your family.Although your mum was only with us for a short period, it was a privilege to care for her. We're so pleased to hear...
Sutton Rose Care Home has provided an excellent service and facilities. The only thing I would suggest for the comfort of a resident is to have a 4 foot 6 inch bed rather than what they are using now.
Thank you so much for your kind review and for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're delighted to hear that you've found our service and facilities to be excellent - it truly means a lot to our team.We also really appreciate your suggestion regarding the bed size. My sister was accepted into your Care Home direct from hospital, after a series of bad falls. I cannot thank you enough for taking the pressure from myself, and keeping me informed of your information from the hospital. We were given a visit of the care home including the room before her release from hospital, so we were confident that she would be happy with you. So far she appears quite comfortable and content, which also means myself and our family are very happy.

We were all made to feel very welcome on arrival. All the staff are very friendly, with some having a wonderful sense of humour. All staff treat my Aunt with dignity, take an interest in her and interact well with her.
Nurses are on site to sort medications out also to encourage her for when she goes home.
Meals are good and activities varied. There is a nice little garden to sit out in when the weather is good. The on-site cafe is brilliant, offering somewhere different to go and sit and chat.
Special occasions are celebrated eg Mother's Day and Easter which is a credit to the staff.
Management & admin have been very patient with us when extending the respite care on a weekly basis!
I would recommend this care home to others.

Mom moved into Sutton Rose in January 2023. She is bedbound but has a beautiful spacious room with a nice outlook from the window. She is settled and very happy there. Nowhere can be perfect 100% of the time but overall mom receives an excellent level of care and the staff are so kind and caring. We hope to keep her there for as long as needed.
