I came to see my adopted grandma as I always do and I just want to say how beautiful the atmosphere was in the home. They had a local singer in and Dave the home manager was there getting involved with all the residents singing and dancing away. The smiles on all the residents faces was just priceless. What a beautiful day for everyone. X
Thank you, once again, for your kind words.
What a fantastic care home this is. Staff and management always go out of their way to make everybody feel welcome. There's always something going on at Cadley Hill View, most recently the Christmas party which was such a lovely atmosphere. The food is amazing and beautifully presented. The Home Managers door is always open if you have any concerns and he is very approachable. My Mum has settled really well and has made friends with others. She now classes Cadley Hill View as her home. As a family this gives us peace of mind knowing she is happy and well cared for.

Sadly this is not the first time of submitting a review however after my most recent findings I did have to log a formal complaint about the home manager after information came to light about them. To then find out this isn't an isolated issue with other concerns raised about the deputy home manager. Sadly not seen much improvement from the home in the time since my last review. With much of the same still being an issue food is just same thing every week with poor quality.
Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to make improvements where required. We are sorry to hear of your experience. We take all concerns raised seriously and as such, would like to invite you to a meeting to discuss this matter in more detail, with the aim of working...
My Grandma has lived at Cadley for 2 years now and when she first moved in it was ok she settled in well but I have to say the past year has been excellent the care is exceptional and the home is such a safe and happy place just like one big family the food is excellent the activities and entertainment is great she has more of social life than I do. The manager really does care about the residents and staff and you can see this and nothing is too much trouble for him. If you're looking for a home then choose Cadley Hill View.

My Nanna was recently a resident at Cadley. We live very close and would visit most days. Every visit Nanna would look amazing. She had dementia, but being at cadley was like a new lease of life, it was the best she had looked in years. We were made to feel welcome, offered food and drinks and always kept up to date on how nanna was. Any health issues were dealt with promptly, staff went above and beyond to get nanna any help and support she needed. We were always kept up to date with what was happening. The food was always amazing. Cooked fresh on site, plenty of it and plenty of variety. Everywhere was always clean and staff were always friendly. Lots of activities and residents were asked what they would like to do. Unfortunately due to health reasons nanna needed to leave and passed away, but thank you so much to cadley for giving nanna a new lease for life prior to this. It was amazing to see nanna at her best again.
