I have come here on a trial stay for 3 weeks but I have decided that I am staying here forever. I like this home very much. I have got the most beautiful 2-bedroom flat on Mill Hill, lovely location and area, you can see the Famous "Good Earth Res". My place is very large, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom. Jishaw, Amet, Sheha, Aheri, Rehene. I have told them that I will stay here. I am going to have to sell flat and come here.
Our mum moved to Kailash Manor Care Home shortly after Easter following a hospital stay and a difficult experience at another care home where the standard of care was poor. Naturally, we were very anxious about how she would settle, especially as she has mixed dementia. However, from the moment she arrived, the team at Kailash Manor have been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Mum has settled far better than we could have hoped and now feels safe, happy, and secure, which means so much to our family. It has been wonderful to see her joining activities, eating well again, and smiling more. The improvement in her wellbeing has been remarkable. We are especially grateful for the respect shown towards her cultural and spiritual needs, including appropriate meals and support with temple visits. We truly appreciate the dignity, compassion, and exceptional care shown by every member of staff.
Thank you for your kind words, we are thrilled to see how mum has made such a turnaround with us. With each day we see more and more of her personality shining through as she interacts with the care team and other residents. We aim to be intentional in the care we provide to all our residents but ,...
Aniter helped my sister with the hardest challenge of getting her into this home. My mother was cared for compassionately with dignity and her faith was very well respected when carers greeted her and cared for her. The management team are focused and present to ensure their mission is carried out in a positive, caring environment for staff, residents, and their families. Bhavna was exceptional in helping our family through the difficult last days and always upbeat and approachable. Nurses Shobi, Margaret and Mithuna delivered amazing care and empathy. Ritu treated my mom like her mother which was very comforting.
Thank you for you kind words. It was a pleasure having your mother with us here at Kailash Manor and it was our honour to be there with you during her last days. Our residents are family to us and I'm delighted to hear that you experienced that in action. Thank you for acknowledging our care team...
My mother is a resident here, joined on Mon 03/11/25 just before her 90th birthday, after a stroke, bleeding on the brain and was non-verbal. However it is Fri 27/02/26 I write this Mum does talk a little, interacts, hears and listens more since coming here. There are over 11 staff who have helped and continue to help care for my mum. The staff, management here are amazing, caring, treat both residents and family with utmost respect. You all deserve more than 5, amazing place and staff.
Thank you for your kind words. It has been a pleasure looking after your mother here at Kailash Manor and we have been so happy to see the way she improved whilst with us. We are glad to have you both here as part of our TLC family!
From the moment I walked into the care home, I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Every member of staff had a warm smile and could not have done any more for me.
All the staff looked after our father really well. Nurses were amazing, highlighted any medical issues promptly. Carer staff all excellent, looking after caring like their own. Food has been improved but has had bad days. Sugar has improved the menu. Hope The management don't keep changing as the home needs stability to keep on improving more. Thank you.
Thank you also for your feedback on the food. We're glad you've noticed improvements and will continue working to maintain consistency and quality.
My stay covered a period from 17/10/25 to 10/12/25
Never in my life did I expect to be looked/cared & loved by not one, but whoever I related to @ the Care Home.
Each one of them now, is now, part of my family.

Love the vegetarian food concept. The decor is elegant and so clean. Lots of staff and attention and care. Good activities and religious ones are perfect. Very happy we found a place for my dad. I have peace of mind living in the USA.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. Were so pleased that our vegetarian cuisine, elegant and clean surroundings, meaningful activities, and religious offerings have met your expectations. Knowing that your father is well cared for and that you feel reassured while living in the USA gives us great confidence in the care we provide.
Jyotididi had been staying at the care home for several months while recovering from illness, and this gathering took place this Sunday just before her departure for Uganda. The team went above and beyond and ensured the occasion was meaningful and thoughtfully planned.
The service was efficient and warm, with great attention to detail. The spread reflected true professionalism, enhanced by personal touches that honoured Jyotididi's love for flowers, her special drinks, and the welcoming atmosphere created for her family.
Sagar and his team showed genuine compassion and dedication, making the afternoon memorable and comforting. Kailash Manor truly reflects compassionate care and thoughtful hospitality.
With gratitude and appreciation,

What can I say!!! The staff of the facility are the most caring individuals I have ever seen. They have so much patience to deal with the residents of the facility. The pujatis in the facility are also truly dedicated and provide service from the bottom of the heart. The facility is very clean and they create such an inviting atmosphere for the family members visiting the residents.

We were welcomed by all staff nd the care approach given to our dear friend was just wonderful to see .
The staff were welcoming ,engaging and thoughtful in all aspects , this is how ALL homes should be .
Nothing was too much trouble , meeting the needs of each individual with respect and dignity that is needed for our loved ones.
With this in mind it gives families confidence and trust in the care home to care of their elders .
So thank you and long may it continue .
Hope to visit our friend again soon .Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality .
Family friend of resident
Thank you for your feedback, we are so glad that you enjoyed your friends celebration. You are welcome to visit at any time and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Our experience at Kailash was exceptional. Our grandma was treated with most respect care attention and dignity. The staff made this such a supportive yet fun nurturing experience for our whole family, and it really felt like a home during such a difficult time. Nothing was too much for the staff and they granted us as much freedom to spend with our beloved grandma, and made sure they would find out all the relevant information to answer our questions. My grandmas passing was spiritual peaceful and holistic environment she would have worked. All her religious needs were met.
Thank you for your lovely review, we will share this with the team. It was a pleasure to look after your grandma, we also enjoyed getting to know you as a family and we look forward to you continuing to visit us at Kailash Manor.
KM is home from home. Mother is very happy and settled and has come back to her personality to be happy, chatty and connected to everyone in home. There is not a single thing I can say it is not right. Everything is perfect, care, staff, rooms, food, cleanliness.

My mum came for a 1 month respite stay in the residential area. She was made to feel very welcome and was so comfortable. The staff, rooms, facilities etc are outstanding, it felt like a 5-star hotel. She enjoyed participating in the daily activities and the food she was served daily was perfect for her. She never complained! I would highly recommend Kailash Manot and my mum would be happy to return if we needed the respite care again. A wonderful care home - perfect for us and my mum. 5 stars!
