We want to express our deepest gratitude for the loving care you provided to my mother, Marion, in her last days. Knowing she was safe, comfortable, and in such gentle hands gave us total peace of mind.
A very special thank you goes to Shirley, Tracey, Kodie, Divya and Sam for going above and beyond to look after her so wonderfully.
We would particularly like to mention Kodie. She is only 18, but she showed a level of maturity, empathy, and respect while administering mouth care that was deeply comforting to see. She is an absolute credit to your team.
Thank you all for turning a painful journey into a peaceful one.
With warmest thanks,
Patsy and Patsy
Thankyou so much for your heartfelt and touching words. It means a great deal to us that you have taken time to share your experience during such a difficult period for your family. We are honoured to have cared for Marion and grateful that we could provide her with comfort, dignity and peace in her final days
Michelle was so helpful facilitating a place for my Mother at very short notice. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is modern, airy and immaculate. My Mother's room is superb and she loved it from day one. The staff are very happy, compassionate and so accommodating. This is the best care home in Rugby by far!
Thankyou for your lovely review we are so happy your mother's move into our care home has been such a positive experience for you both
All of the staff are there to help your loved ones settle in to their new home and routine. Nothing is to much for them, it certainly doesn't feel like a care home. They have different activities each week for all residents, from films in the cinema, to games, bingo, performers coming in and even some outings. I am hoping that all this kindness will help my mother feel like she has a new home, doesn't need to worry and feels safe. Thank you so much to all the staff who are doing a brilliant job.
Thankyou for your lovely review we are so happy that your mother has joined us at Butlers Mews
Without exception, I have found all staff to be helpful, friendly and professional, this goes from top to bottom. The site manager is brilliant and has been invaluable during the move of my parents from their home to Butlers Mews. Highly recommended
Thankyou very much for your review we are so happy that your parents have settled well into Butlers Mews
Butler's Mews is an amazing place full of fun and love. They care for my mum so brilliantly. Everyone knows her by name, even the cleaning staff and reception staff, and they stop to greet her and give her some attention whenever they see her. The entertainment is varied and engaging and my mum seems genuinely happy to live there, despite having dementia and having to be away from her family. This is so reassuring for her family and we feel welcomed and valued whenever we visit too. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
Thankyou for your lovely feedback we are delighted to hear that your mum is happy living at Butlers Mews
I can't speak highly enough about Butlers Mews Care Home. My mother has now been here 18 months and during that time I have witnessed the amazing care and compassion shown by all of the staff from the cleaners to care staff to management. Butlers Mews is immaculately clean, friendly and fun for residents - not to mention the delicious fresh food that is prepared. I would not choose anywhere else for my mother to be!
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are so glad that you are very happy with Butlers Mews and find our facilities in immaculate condition and all the staff caring and compassionate.
So impressed with Butlers Mews and all their staff. My dad has settled so quickly with their amazing care and attention to all his needs. Every time I walk in there are always happy residents & happy staff that are so giving of their time, however busy.
Thank you so much for your review. We are glad that dad has settled here at Butlers Mews.
It has been such a relief to me after being Jims carer for three years.
It is a relief to let the reins go, although I had tremendous guilt, staff reassured me.
Thank you for taking your time to leave a review here at Butlers Mews. We are delighted to hear you feel the home is welcoming and the staff are extremely caring.
Staff friendly, caring and take time with residents.
Love visiting and knowing my mum is in safe hands.
Thank you for taking your time to leave such a lovely review of Butlers Mews. We are pleased you find the staff friendly and caring. We are also very glad that it is such a relief for yourself to see your mum happy and well looked after.
I cannot fault the care & attention my relative has received since moving into Butlers Mews. This was a huge move out of a very much loved home but to see my relative being welcomed & so well cared for is a huge relief. There is always someone around to approach if needed. The activities provided are so varied & well executed. I have nothing but praise for this care home.
Thankyou Karen for your lovely review we are so happy that your relative has settled in to Butlers Mews
Myself and other members of the family are very impressed. Mum has also expressed how happy she is which makes us happy!
The staff are excellent, hard-working, kind, compassionate, professional with attention to detail. Nothing seems too much for them. It's a charming, comfortable room with an ensuite bathroom. The variety and quality of food has been excellent.
I would recommend the home to anyone looking for help with their loved ones. Thank you Butlers Mews.
All the staff were very friendly and approachable, answered any questions we asked.
The home is very modern and clean, washing was done regularly and pressed & put on hangers.
Mum was clean & tidy when we visited and loved staying there.
As mum has dementia ,she wouldn't be able to speak for herself.
She enjoyed most of the food and I loved the idea of showing her two plates of choices she could have.
We asked for mum to join in any activities as she would probably say no which was listened to.
I would highly recommend this care home, mum was only there for respite for two weeks but I wouldn't hesitate to let her stay there again.
Hi thankyou very much for your lovely comments we would love to have your mother can and stay with us again
We as a family feel so grateful to have found this place. It is exceptional outstanding 5 star plus on all levels. The staff go above and beyond to make the residents comfortable. Mum is always spoken to and treated with dignity and kindness, I feel good genuine care is given. The food is amazing too. We also have the most delicious cakes and coffee when visiting. They are all super stars in every way. Butlers Mews has a cheerful atmosphere, staff and residents look relaxed and happy which speaks volumes.
Thankyou very much for your lovely review it means so much
The dedicated team at Butler Mews provide outstanding care! The home is a delight to visit. My grandmother is content, comfortable & relaxed. With a person centred approach at its heart, my grandmother settled quickly. She has personalised her room and quite simply it is now her home. Butler Mews' excellent facilities are evident. The critical success factor is the phenomenal care and expertise provided by staff, working together across all areas. They clearly feel valued and enjoy their roles. This is reflected in the atmosphere and in their enthusiasm for my grandmother's care. They have the perfect balance of availability & approachability; with discretion & privacy. My grandmother has established unique & positive relationships with her carers. There is always huge trepidation when faced with any transition. None more so than when transitioning into residential care, for both resident and loved ones. All fears quickly dissipated with the support of guidance of staff. Thank you!
My grandmother moved into Butler's Mews in February 2025 following surgery due to a broken arm. She was understandably nervous about losing her independence. However, the experience at Butler's Mews has been incredible; the facilities, food, rooms but most of all the staff! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much for them. It has made a difficult transition a lot easier and we can't thank them enough for this! Highly recommend for anyone needing this type of service.
My Mother has been a resident since February this year. The care she has been given since arriving there is amazing. The staff are so kind and compassionate. She is cared for 24 hours a day, nothing is too much trouble. As a family we are so impressed with the home in general. We visit regularly and are always made to feel welcome. The atmosphere there is happy and uplifting, lots of activities and musical events. I have great admiration for the staff and management of this home.
My mother in law has been a resident in Butler's Mews since earlier this year we have visited her often and found the staff very friendly the home immaculately clean and an overall pleasant atmosphere and most importantly she is very happy!
Butlers Mews is nothing short of a 5 star facility. My Grandmother has been welcomed with open arms into a state of the art home full of personable and caring staff.
The home is equally welcoming to residents families, and is somewhere that families feel comfortable to spend extended time.
Thank you to all of the staff at Butlers Mews for all that you do for the residents, the families and to maintain such a fabulous home.
My husband is always kept up to date
In all aspects you have listed I can only say I was impressed - the kindness and friendliness of staff was an especial feature if there was an area that I would suggest examination it is access to GP and perhaps a more easily reportable system for medical conditions. That aside, a faultless and successful system of which you should be proud (sorry vision very limited at present)

I joined Avery in September 2022. Previously to this, I was a Registered General Nurse in 1996 and worked in a private Nursing home. Butler's Mews is the first Care Home I have commissioned, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy, walking and Yoga.

My name is Gina, I am the Deputy Manager at Butlers Mews Care Home. I am a registered Nurse in the Philippines since 1995 and moved to the UK in 2008, where I started as a Senior Carer in a Nursing home. I studied for my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, then I became a registered manager in a local residential care home.
My hobbies include Singing with our residents and dancing.

I have worked in the care industry since 2007. My role here at Butlers Mews Care Home allows me to deliver person-centred care to each resident which is where my passion is. I love the contact I have with all the residents and families and the wonderful team I work with.
My hobbies include Travelling and Korean dramas and I also used to enjoy Tae Kwon Do and even managed to achieve 2nd-degree blackbelt level 1.

I started to work with Avery in November 2022, and before this, I worked in a Nursing home for 4 years. I became a Senior Carer in 2020 and I'm very passionate about person-centred care.
Currently, I am working on my NVQ level 3 qualification.
My hobbies outside of work included, project managing my home renovations.

I started working with Avery in November 2022. I have been a head Housekeeper since 2020 and thoroughly enjoy my job. My role is very enjoyable as it allows me to get to know all the residents and their families.
