Overall Experience
I would like to express again my sincere gratitude to the staff team at Highview Care Home for the outstanding care and support provided to my daughter. The support my daughter receives is truly excellent. The staff team is very resilient, caring, and dedicated. Even when challenges arise, they never give up and always work positively to turn difficult situations into opportunities for learning and improvement.
At Highview the environment is always clean, welcoming, and free from unpleasant odours. I am extremely pleased with the level of care and professionalism shown by the whole team. The kindness, patience, and commitment demonstrated by the staff give me great peace of mind as a parent. I am truly over satisfied with the home and very grateful for everything the team does for my daughter.

Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

High View Care Centre has changed my son's life, they have really helped put some structure and routine around him. He has quite a complex presentation. He is having fun, being well cared for and all the staff do an amazing job with supporting him and all the others in the home.
All the activities provided are of such good quality and he recently had a party for his birthday and it was lovely, he and I really enjoyed it, to see everyone dancing and singing was truly beautiful. He gets out and about to different places of interest and does lots of different things including cycling, tennis etc. His health needs are well attended to too; just to see his clothes properly laundered and cared for feels so reassuring. (He has had clothing shrunk, stolen and lost at other places).

The manager and her team are responsive to conversations, dedicated to their work and provide such a high level of care. I really appreciate that as previously my experience of his care had been very upsetting.

Overall Experience
Just wanted to leave a review for the care and support for my sister in law, who is currently residing at the home. Since she joined the home the level of care she's received is outstanding, we have seen a dramatic change in her due to the support she gets on a daily basis. Seeing her being included in activities, outings and experiencing new things is amazing and we can see how happy and well cared for she is.
The staff have and are still doing an incredible job I can't thank them enough. Not only has her quality of life improved but it gives up a peace of mind knowing she is in good care.

Thank you again. Continue with the great work.

Overall Experience

All the staff are very well trained and follow a person centred approach. My sister in law is autistic and has behavioural issues, she has been there for a few months and as a family we have seen a big change in her behaviour which has developed through all the hard work the staff put in to make it happen. They have managed to control her weight and reduce her screen time which has resulted in better behaviour. Just last week they went above and beyond to throw her a birthday party and got all the staff, residents and family involved and it was really nice to see. Even staff members who were not rostered to work on that day chose to come in and spend the day organising and making it a special day. My family could not be more grateful to all the staff for all their hard work and everything they do for my sister in law. Thank you.
