The wife of our friend was upset, the staff went out of their way to look after her.
How great to come into a home that smells like a home. It was only a short visit but the impression will last.
I visit my ex-neighbour who has recently moved into Hartford Court. It's a lovely clean, airy home with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are all absolutely lovely and my friend seems very happy. There are activities for the residents every day and she loves taking part. My mother died in 2020 but when my sister and I were looking for a care home for her, we visited Hartford Court and both loved it. It is just as nice now and I'd love to live there.
Hartford Court has been amazing at a very difficult and emotional time. Dad was diagnosed with dementia in January 2017. The family have all been together and cared for Dad up until now. It was a heart-wrenching decision. The staff have been very understanding, supportive, kind and listen to us. They helped Dad settle in. We know we can go and talk to them at any time. It makes such a difference for Dad to have activities and days out.
The staff were very kind and helpful. One member took our photo which we treasure.
Our dog was welcomed too, it was a memorable visit and we were very grateful.
It was a lovely experience to visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful both to visitors and residents. The atmosphere was calm and cheerful. The decorations made me smile.
Hartford Court Care Home have made my mam and family feel very welcome. The staff are always pleasant and happy to help. We have seen an improvement in Mma's behaviour which we feel is due to the care she is being given and the opportunities she has had to join in with activities. She has settled well and we have peace of mind that her needs are being met.
From first entering Hartford Court Care Home, felt lovely welcoming feeling absolutely great, and friendly staff. Can not praise these staff enough for all they do to help my husband feel comfortable and safe. He is so happy here, much more than he was at home. So that says something their doing a great job and cannot thank them enough. Happy hubby happy wife.

Happy with my care at the home.
First visit to see a family relative. Very impressed, the staff were extremely helpful and engaging. The atmosphere was very positive. The building is bright and cheerful. Decorated to a high standard and extremely pleasant feel to the whole place.
First visit, we were welcomed in the car park as staff were outside. Offered coffee, staff were very welcoming.
