The staff are always kind and considerate and my dad has repeated how comfortable and content he is here and that reassures me when I find it difficult to visit as often as I would like.
Food is great with Dad doing really well and looking healthier than he has done for a long time.
Staff are friendly and caring, and many go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and security of residents. The home is always looking to improve its comfort for the benefit of both residents and visitors.
Care home staff are professional and caring at all times. They make an extra effort to ensure residents are happy and entertained. Assume names are not allowed for any review as there are certain members who go the extra mile, and it's disappointing that they will not be recognised as ambassadors of Hartford Court. My wife and I are very assured and extremely happy with the care her mother received at the care home.
My sister moved here two weeks ago and I feel really blessed that everything about the home is exceptional, as you will see from my ratings. All staff very welcoming and friendly, always there when needed. I couldn't recommend Hartford Court Care Home highly enough for either respite or long term care. Lovely staff and great food.

Dad has been with the staff for almost a year now and I have to say that they all work really hard to support Dad with anything that he needs. All of the staff are exceptionally well trained, motivated and friendly from three members of staff in particular, and everyone in between. I can’t thank the staff enough for what they are doing for my Dad.

Overall have been impressed with the standard of care my mother has received. Staff are caring, kind and motivated towards the well being of their residents. Any concerns are dealt with immediately and addressed in a timely manner. Communication is excellent regarding the care and health of the residents. The facilities are good and they encourage participation in all events and recreations. All needs are taken care of to a high standard.
Staff are very attentive and caring, truly lovely people. The care home is very homely and clean. The food and hygiene are excellent, catering for everyone. I myself would willingly recommend this care home to anyone. All facilities are well thought out and no one is ignored at any time. Overall cannot fault this place.

The home has updated us every time our aunt was ill or needed to have injection, it was never any trouble for the staff to let us know weekly how our aunt was getting on. The care she has been given was excellent. The staff are friendly and caring as a family we rate this home very highly.
My Auntie was a resident at Hartford court for over four years and until her recent death she was given the most fantastic care from the staff. They are so caring and loving towards the residents, treating them like their own family. The home is a lovely friendly place. Very clean and comfortable. My Auntie had the best care during her stay.
The onset of Covid-19 has been very difficult and led to a marked decline in her mental-wellbeing. Nevertheless, staff have continued to provide an excellent level of care throughout these difficult times.
I have only been here a short time but I have really enjoyed it, even though being in my room all the time gets to being used to. Staff are very good. I consider myself very lucky to be in a lovely 'new' home.
It has been difficult times over the last six months with the virus around, yet in spite of not being able to visit Mam, there has been a big weight lifted off our shoulders knowing that she had been well looked after and kept safe. The staff have been great even though it has been extra tough for them too. Thank you for all you are doing and continue to do!
Well organised. Safety of everyone a priority. Excellent care of mum. Best of a difficult situation. It was very windy - is it possible mum could sit inside and I could sit outside utilising the day visitors room.
It is difficult to write my usual glowing review this time as I haven't been inside the home since March due to Covid-19, however, I am confident that my mam is well looked after and cared for by the fantastic team of carers at Hartford Court. Communication arrangements with residents have been disappointing so far but this is a strange time we are living in and I know they have worked hard to ensure the safety and care of all their residents. Thank you.
I am so pleased my husband is being looked after by the amazing staff, from the manager, secretary and all the lovely care workers.
