Looked after my Nana Jan superbly. I know her last few weeks in her life would've been filled with joy and happiness. Staff are extremely kind and considerate, as well as the space being clean and comfortable for residents.

My family and I can not fault the care, kindness and support provided at Lancaster Court. From the onset, the admissions process all the way through to our mother's personal care was outstanding.

You feel so welcome when you visit, given personal updates on your loved one's condition. Residents are Cared for superbly. The bedrooms and communal areas are impeccably clean and homely.

If you are considering this care home, I'd strongly recommend a visit.

Thank you everyone at Lancaster Court for your kindness for our mum. We were so lucky to have found you.

Amazing, caring, informative staff that really make an effort to look after my father every day.

My father has been here some time now and unlike his previous home, settled in immediately. He loves the staff who all make a special effort to make him as comfortable as possible.

The team at Lancaster Court are superb. My sister is not the easiest and is very non compliant but all the carers have treated her so well and worked hard to win her over. Living abroad it was a comfort to know she was well looked after. My sister really wanted to return home but could not care for herself and self neglected. Her carers made her feel comfortable and she came to accept that she was in the best place. My sister was happy and contented and I have the utmost admiration for the team at Lancaster Court.

My mum spent a number of years at Lancaster Court, throughout her stay the staff were caring and professional.
The building is modern, lots of parking for visitors. Residents dependent on their care needs have the opportunity to socialise and events are put on which is nice.

Thankyou to all the team at Lancaster !

Overall Experience

This is such a lovely care home, my mum struggled to settle in at first, but certain staff members made her feel welcome and with a warm heart, the care and support was ok, but at the beginning each shift didn't know what the other shift had done in helping my mum, which was confusing for me and my family, only we kept asking questions we got most answers we needed, my mum was treated with dignity, most of the staff was ok, I just felt some just didn't want to be there. The room was lovely and clean, food and drink was ok, activities we was not appropriate for my mun as she was bedbound most of the time, safely and securely was excellent overall "Lancaster Court" was great and felt my mum was happy there.

My Mum was in Lancaster Court for just under a year. I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough for the care they gave my Mum. Mum sadly passed in January and spent the last few days of her life in Lancaster Court after we managed to get her back there after a stay in hospital. The staff helped us to make Mums last few days comfortable and were supportive of us as a family too. Mum had a lovely room, and the staff are of a high calibre and perhaps the best thing was the longevity of the staff, with Mum living with Alzheimer's continuity was important to lessen confusion. The staff all seemed permanent and genuinely cared for the residents. Thank you for everything you did.

Overall Experience
The staff at Lancaster Court are truly amazing humans.
Mum was cared for with so much love and attention for her entire stay.
Although she preferred to stay in her room, there were so many activities she could have experienced, including family days, entertainers, craft activities, BBQ's and day trips.
The lounge and dining room were lovely places, with friendly, actively enabling carers on hand.
The rooms are warm and well presented and kept spotlessly clean.
Communication from the home was excellent. I lived quite a distance away but was always kept up to date with her health and well- being.

Thank you so much for looking after Mum the way you did. Forever grateful to you all.

My wife has been a resident in Lancaster Court for 18 months and I am still very pleased that I chose this care home for my wife.

The food is very good and the home is kept spotlessly clean. She is very well looked after and her key worker is a lovely person well trained, very patient and hard working. The management of the care home put on an excellent 80th Anniversary celebration and the Elvis tribute show went down very well.

My sibling is always treated with respect by all members of the staff team, and their views are listened to actively. Their dignity is paramount and the support the staff have recently provided on a couple of hospital appointments has minimised the stress of these ongoing visits. The diligence in ensuring medication is administered timely has noticeably increased their ability to engage in all aspects of life at Lancaster Court.

My mum has been a resident of Lancaster Court since March 2019 and I can not praise the care she has received highly enough.
All throughout Covid and since the staff have been kind, friendly, and caring, always involving us in decisions and keeping us fully involved with Mum's care. Mum is comfortable, happy and most of all safe.
I've lost count of the people I have recommended to Lancaster Court!
Keep doing the amazing job you do it's very much appreciated!

Thank you.

My father has lived at Lancaster Court for 12 years next February, and we couldn't be happier with the love and care provided. He is very happy there, he likes to join in with the activities, they cater for everyone, a bit of bingo, singing (even the manager does his bit by putting on a bit of a show singing) gardening, painting, cooking even a bit of yoga with I've even joined in myself! There is so much to do. The staff are very friendly, it's like one big happy family. I would recommend this care home to anyone, which I have!
