Very clean excellent communication staff very friendly and helpful. When something happens the staff ring as soon as they can. Food looks edible although my dad doesn't appreciate it. He always eats it.

I think Lancaster Court Care Home is doing a fantastic job with the care they are providing to my aunt as she has been cared for in the best possible way and I'm more than happy to recommend this care home and the team from management to the nurses and health care!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lancaster Court, as my sister is a resident there. I must say it is an absolutely beautiful location. The surroundings are serene and meticulously maintained, making every moment there feel special. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable, showing a true commitment to exceptional service.

The home made the transfer for my sister easy and comfortable. My sister is settling well.

My auntie always had a great experience at Lancaster Court Care Home, the staff and nurses couldn't be more supportive and helpful. The home itself is beautifully kept and comfortable. I would recommend it highly as a permanent residence of a respite and stay.

Excellent staff. Friendly, reliable, caring and nothing too much trouble. The chef always looking to find a meal/drink for my friend. Very grateful. A particular staff member gave me excellent support and care, another staff member was wonderful too and of course another two particular members of staff were also excellent. Thank you all very much.

So caring in such a difficult time, my mother struggled in the end, her last few weeks were made easier by the way the care home looked after her, and they were very sympatric with us as a family.

They all helped us through a very tough time as she sadly passed away last Thursday after only three weeks.

We, as a family, were extremely happy with the care my mum received. When she first went into the home until such time as she went to the upper level due to her ill health. They always notified me if Mum had a bump. She has her hair done weekly, and a chiropodist tends her feet on a regular basis and the carers also took time to paint Mum's fingernails. The nursing staff were excellent. Thank you.

The place was very clean. Food was of a standard you would expect and the laundry service had things back in his cupboard within a few hours, which was amazing.

I'm just amazed that CQC haven't rated Lancaster Court as outstanding.

A special mention to two members of staff in particular, I am forever in their debt for taking such care of my mum.

Dad’s room is big and light and the whole home has a welcoming feel about it. I would recommend this home to others.

All of the staff are very friendly and caring and do a wonderful job. My dad loves having conversations and a laugh and a joke with them. He is even happier now that there are regular activities and entertainment. And he is looking forward to going out on another excursion as he enjoyed the first one so much. He really is a changed man with things to look forward to. It has made a massive difference to him.

Visited the home to express my thanks for the care and love they had shown Dad while he was with them. Dad passed away on Monday and they called me, not being able to get to the home that day they offered a video call. Dad looked so peaceful. I know he was happy at Lancaster Court and was always treated with respect.

I have been very happy with my mum's care and experience at Lancaster Court. She is happy and well looked after. The home is clean, well kept and friendly.
