Can not fault Sutherland Court Care Home; the care they provide is second to none.
They inform you immediately if they are worried about my mother in any way.
The fact they are caring so well for my mother has taken an enormous amount of stress and worry from the family as a whole.

My nanna is well looked after. All the staff are loving towards her, and she is happy with the meals and activities. She loves living at the home, and considers it her home now. Would certainly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you to everyone.

My aunty lived in Sutherland Court until we sadly lost her; she was always well looked after. The staff, management and activities coordinator were always helpful and lovely, not just my aunt but to the family too. The atmosphere is lovely and homely, and I would certainly recommend Sutherland Court
to anyone who is moving a loved one in.

The level of care for my parents has been excellent. The staff have dealt with their needs on an individual basis. They keep me informed on how they are if I’ve been unable to visit.

My mum lives in Sutherland Court, and as you imagine, we have not been able to visit much due to Covid. The lovely staff have always made things right as they could do.
My only concern is that a lot of gifts and clothes we have sent to Mum may not have arrived.

My mother has been a resident of Sutherland Court since September 2020.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, it has been difficult to assess the internal environment of the home or get to know the staff well. I have been able to regularly meet my mother via Zoom, which has been good, and more recently, I
have made visits face to face. I am very pleased with the level of care my mother is receiving, and she, herself, is happy. The staff I have seen/spoken to are very professional and responsive.
I look forward to being able to visit my mother at whatever time I like.
I have given ratings as good, as without actually being within the main home, it is difficult to say for certain.

My mam has been in the care of Sutherland Court for over a year now. I am extremely happy with all the care and attention she has received. When my son got married in September 2020 in Budapest, they connected their own phone to the WhatsApp link, so she could watch the marriage even if she was hundreds
of miles away, it certainly made her day, but this is just one of the ways that the staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend this home to any potential residents.

My mum has been in Southerland Care Home for just over a year. While she was able to, she enjoyed all the activities, especially the parties. She loved dancing with the staff and sharing memories and jokes. Now that she is very poorly, she stays mainly in her room but gets plenty of care and attention.
The staff are wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for all their kindness and compassion.

My mum has been in this home since 2011, and I can't fault the care she has been given. I recently went to visit, and the staff made us feel more than welcome, despite the restrictions in place. If I had to go into residential care, then I hope this is the quality I receive.

My mother was recently placed in Sutherland Court as her dementia progressed. It was a crisis placement, but we felt like we had struck gold. Our initial feeling about the home was so positive; staff were warm and caring and the home just had a lovely feel to it. I never worried about ringing to find
out how she was as the carers always gave their time despite having such a busy job to do. Sadly, my mother’s time was short there, and in her final days, the staff took great care of not only her but us as a family while we spent long hours at her bedside; they couldn’t have been more accomodating. Mam’s passing was very peaceful and dignified. I can’t thank the home and its staff enough.

Mam was welcomed to Sutherland Court and given a lovely room after she had a long stay in hospital. Staff were reassuring, especially as usual pre-visits etc could not take place due to the pandemic. All the staff have been kind and concerned that she had everything she wanted and her needs catered

I'm very happy with the care my mum receives at Sutherland Court. The staff are excellent, and there is always a happy atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy.
