When visiting the home it's always clean and very welcoming. The staff are always helpful and take their time with the residents. Meals look lovely. My relatives' room is always clean, tidy and smells nice and fresh. Seems to be plenty to do.

I needed to find a care home quickly for my mum as my father had been hospitalised. The staff at Sutherland Court were extremely helpful in supporting me at a difficult time. Mum was well cared for at all times by the staff here. I called in on her at many different times and at all times the staff
were able to answer any questions or concerns I had about her.

Very impressed with recent social activities for my dad especially beach ball tennis with a balloon, Harvest Festival and opportunities for dad to join in with hymns and signing activities.

Sutherland Court feels like a home from home, lovely friendly staff who treat my dad and other residents so well, always smiling and kind.
All the staff from senior to laundry and cleaning staff have a friendly word. It feels a happy place and it's very reassuring that my dad is so well cared for and

Sutherland Court is a home from home environment. All residents have space to move around with a bedroom, comfortable to enjoy peace and quiet. All staff are hard-working, caring, kind and treat the residents with the utmost dignity. The management are available to speak to regarding any concerns.

Found it hard putting mam into care but she has settled great. The staff are great, helpful, attentive and mam always receives lots of cuddles of staff and management, mam always joins in the activities which there are plenty especially enjoys their singing and dancing. It's like her home from home
but with lots of friends living with her. The support for family and friends is great and always keeps us up to date on everything to do with mum. It's been a great place for her and gives us peace of mind.

It's like walking into a new and happy house this place hasn't been as it should but I think the new owner is going to make such a difference and already has. We knew just coming through the front door, everything including residents look well content and happy, which we hadn't seen in a long time.

a joy for my friend and I to see this great change in the place (everyone happy).

The home has a very caring and welcoming feel and my grandfather is settled and happy here. Staff are very courteous, caring and kind at all times and have done their utmost to make sure my grandfather feels at home.
It gives me great reassurance to know he is safe, comfortable and happy. Highly recommended.

My mother has recently transferred from her own home to Sutherland Court. Already the amount of socialisation is improved. My mother seems more alert and aware. She has started to feed herself more and is more involved with her environment. This is very encouraging after only 1 week here.
