Mam has been in Sutherland Court for over 18 months. During that time she has been treated with not just care, but love. Without exception the staff are pleasant and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff very friendly and caring. Dad gets on with them well and they have a good relationship with him.


Surprised at the new rise in cost so soon after the last one. This being double the current inflation rate seems excessive and unjustified.

Went to see home for respite care. Mom enjoys herself and always looks clean, her room is a good size and the activities are varied and always on the go. The staff are always helpful. The garden and outside space is always kept well maintained. Glad that mom is happy, safe and there is always someone

I have always found Sutherland Court to be clean, friendly and a happy place. The entertainment lately has been perfect. The residents love it, even my mother who was always a 'watcher' is joining in with the sing alongs etc.
10/10 to the entertainment manager.

I came into Sutherland Court at the beginning of November 2016. I have become quite settled and happy in the home. The staff and carers are all extremely kind and helpful and look after me very well. The building is situated in a pleasant garden setting and I am looking forward to Spring when the
trees and flowers come into bloom. I enjoy the meals and overall I feel the standard of care I receive is excellent.

Since arriving at Sutherland Court my Mum has improved in both physical and mental health and feel this is due in no small part to the positive and bright attitude of the staff. I have peace of mind for the first time in years and can now go to work knowing my Mum is safe and catered for.

My mam is enjoying her stay in Sutherland Court. She feels safe and well, she loves the activities and how the staff all look after her.

After viewing a number of care homes, as soon as I entered Sutherland Court I knew that this would be the perfect place for my grandfather. From making the initial enquiry to moving in, everyone was so helpful and welcoming, making for an easy transition. Since becoming a resident, the staff have continued
to be caring and professional; nothing is a trouble. The home is safe, clean with excellent facilities and lovely gardens. My grandfather is very happy there and I have peace of mind knowing that he is being so well cared for.

We are always welcomed and everyone is so friendly. Mother-in-law is always well dressed, just like she was when she was independent. Her room is beautiful and her plants managed for her. We were delighted to arrive and use the new tea room. We had tea and cakes. The room was so roomy and homely.

shared a lovely tea and peaceful conversation. We feel so blessed to have found this home.

I attended this care home to visit a dear friend. From the start, the staff at this home were amazing. They are all extremely friendly, caring, kind and thoughtful. They all show great empathy and understanding to every resident and their guests. They make you feel greatly welcome and are very approachable.

From visiting Sutherland Court for the first time I felt a wonderful atmosphere and this is achieved by the fantastic staff who work there. I really feel that my mother is being so well looked after. The staff are all excellent and treat her with respect. They work extremely hard but always have the
time to spend with my mother and to understand her needs and get to know her so building a great rapport with her. I couldn't praise Sutherland Court enough.

Extremely friendly, lovely and reliable staff. Sutherland Court has a comfortable and homely atmosphere. All the staff are fantastic with the residents and visitors and try their best to meet your requests.
I couldn't have wished to find a nicer home for my nan. My nan is really happy here at Sutherland

Warm, friendly experience lovely staff and clients are well looked after. Modern building clean and comfortable homely feel wide corridors spacious rooms. Music playing on arrival well kept gardens nice entrance.
