We welcome all reviews as they help us develop and improve. We receive regular 5 Star Ratings and positive comments from family and relatives so we are extremely surprised and saddened to receive this review, some 9 months after your mum left them home. At Kingsley Healthcare all our managers have an open policy and hold regular Family Meetings. During the year we cared for your mum you never raised any concerns. We would like to reassure you that we have a rolling refurbishment programme, which includes bedrooms to ensure high standards are maintained at all times, but always address issues when brought to our attention by staff or relatives. Our wide and varied activities programme is available 7 days a week and can be seen on our Facebook page. Sadly, despite daily encouragement, your mums deteriorating health meant she refused to engage in the activities.
Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience at Timperley. We work hard to create a home from home for residents and their loved ones, it was an honour and a privilege to care for your wife and support you and your family. I will share your kind words with the team.

I have worked at Kingsley Care Home for the last 18 months as the Home administrator. I am currently working towards my NVQ L3 in Business Administration. I have worked in the care sector for over 23 years and have a wealth of knowledge working with older adults and dementia care.
I completed my RMA Registered Managers Award and NVQ L3 in health and social care, and worked as a deputy manager of a residential home for over 12 years. I then moved on to be an assessor in the community working for a health care company that provided care at home, working alongside Tameside Council. I built person-centred care plans and risk assessments for service users living in their own homes who required care and support with daily living. I was a moving and handling trainer who supported and signed off on the care assistants working out in the community.
I enjoy my job as I love caring and supporting people each and every day, whether that be the residents, staff or families. I am always happy to help where I can.
In my spare time, I enjoy family time with my 5 boys, often going to Football every weekend with my boys, as one of my sons plays for Stoke City Academy. When I have time, I also enjoy swimming, Movie nights, family holidays and weekend trips away!
I was born and raised in the serene hills of The Nilgiris, India, where I completed my schooling before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. My career began with Infosys Ltd, Pune, India, where I was recruited as an Operations Executive. Over time, I progressed to the role of Systems Engineer. After marriage, we moved to Oman, shifting my focus to Human Resources, working closely with senior management as an HR Executive. I moved to the UK to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration and joined Kingsley Healthcare, where I currently serve as an Administrator.
Outside of work, I’m a big movie addict who loves getting lost in films of all kinds. I’m also a passionate foodie who enjoys exploring different cuisines, where Arabic food is by far my favourite. Whether it's a new dish or a classic film, I love discovering new experiences that spark joy and curiosity.
I have worked in the hotel business for years. My previous job was at the Best Western Hotel as house keeping manager for 16 years. I felt I needed a new challenge, I applied for the position as domestic manager at Timperley care home. This role is a new challenge without changing completely what I did previously. I find this position very fulfilling.
