Friendly, helpful staff. Residents always appear happy and interacting together with each other and members of staff. The environment is clean and peaceful, residents have good access to indoor and outside space. Meal times appear to be enjoyable when residents will sit together. Meals are varied and
are of good quality. My own relative who resides here has come on in leaps and bounds due to the support she receives.

My brother has been at Queen Ann House for 28 years, he is very happy and settled at Queen Ann House and I would never consider moving.

Always found the staff to be cheerful, helpful and friendly. Good interaction between residents and staff. A pleasant clean environment with improvements constantly being made. Residents always appear relaxed. When visiting over lunch periods always thought the food looked appetising and nutritious.
Communication is very good.

As soon as you walk in the door you feel that you are enveloped in a safe, warm and caring atmosphere. The family feeling is tangible. This is a place anyone would be proud to call "home".
The food looked delicious too.

My sister has been a resident of Queen Ann House for around 10 years. We have always been made welcome on our visits to her and her room is always clean and she is very well looked after and taken care of. Her meals are always at regular times and very well cooked. Residents are kept occupied with games,
sing-alongs and special events are organised.
