Caring, Compassionate staff. Looking after Dad well. He is happy. Excellent with Covid-19, after 63 years together, Mum and Dad are now separated, although sad, Mum has peace of mind knowing Dad is safe and well.

However, these are well organised, safe visits to my mother which I would not want any other way to avoid possible infection to her or the home.

The staff have been very caring and nurture a personal relationship. Consistency of staff is a big factor in this. It would be nice to have more outdoor space, but the room is light and bright. Communication with the family has been very good and much appreciated.

During this awful time we are going through, they have kept us informed every step of the way, which has given us peace of mind as we weren't allowed to visit her, which was really had but we get the regular phone and face time calls which was excellent considering all the staff had to do and emotionally cope with. They were excellent, thank you, staff, at Cedar Court.

I have been very surprised how my wife has improved since her arrival at cedar court and she seems very happy. I put this down to the care she receives. The food and drinks etc are excellent. The carers and medical staff and management are very friendly and in most cases react well to any requests although it took some weeks to respond to a particular request until we wrote a letter of complaint and the matter was concluded. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
