A Registered Nurse by profession, Shelly also holds a graduate-level management qualification, equipping him with both clinical expertise and strong leadership skills.
He joined Cherry Hinton Care Home in November 2019 as a Care Services Manager, and was promoted to Home Manager in February 2021. During his time at Cherry Hinton, Shelly led a fantastic team of nurses and carers, always ensuring that residents received personalised, high-quality support while promoting their independence and wellbeing.
