Your kind review is overwhelming, the team are incredibly grateful that you have taken the time to write your views on the home and the care we deliver, it is extremely rewarding to hear that your Mum`s quality of life has improved, we couldnt wish for anything more. Thankyou very much.

The Richmond care home would like to express their remorse at not being given the time to begin developing a relationship before you left the building with your Mother, we feel 90 minutes was an inadequate amount of time to experience all that The Richmond can offer.
The home prides itself in delivering the best care possible from staff who `care with all their hearts` and it is regretful you and your Mother never felt this from staff.
We would also like to express our disappointment with the care home review team for publishing a review that did not follow the guidance in their policy as in our opinion what is important is for families is to read a review that is based on the care provided by the home and as no care was delivered on this particular occasion it appears unjust.

What a wonderful review, this will make the team very happy to know that the hard work and dedication is valued so appreciatively.
