Fairford Court is a residential service purposely built to support adults with high-functioning autism or Asperger’s Syndrome. The service aims to support each individual with a person-centred approach to ensure they are involved in their all aspects of their care.
Staff are experienced, fully trained and dedicated to going above and beyond to provide support for each person to reach their full potential. Staff aim to support each individual to understand their autism better, develop coping strategies to overcome their anxieties.
The Spectrum Star, a tool used to identify 9 key areas of each individual’s abilities and difficulties. This highlights where extra support is required. The Spectrum Star is completed by the person we support with their key worker and then reviewed every 6 months to show progress.
