As a family a warm welcome always given by the staff when visiting the beautiful home and guidance received throughout relating to mum's care during her stay here. Compassion and comfort extended to the family in the weeks afterwards too.
We know how difficult this time...
On initial show round buliding and rooms were pristine. However, when leaving Mother in Law in her allocated room, house keeping had to be called to vacum and dust, M-I-L has no complaints. Staff were good with her. Happy with the various activities. Choice of food was excellent. Kept her clean. Only complaint clothing items went missing took a week to locate.

All staff seemed professional and friendly when we contacted them.
Disappointed that they didn't have hair cuts as requested and chiropody services, but this was just a minor set back
Definitely use the service again

My mother moved into Broadway Halls in December, It was a difficult time for our family. From the very beginning the team have been incredibly kind, patient and supportive while she settled into her new home. Moving into care can be a big adjustment, but the staff took time to understand her needs, reassure her and help her feel comfortable. The whole team work tirelessly to ensure the environment is safe, welcoming & well organised. I have been very happy with their dedication to providing a high standard of care, I am confident Mum is safe, cared for and supported.
It means a great deal to hear that from the very beginning you felt welcomed,...

Broadways Halls is certainly a lovely place in which to live. The lounges, rooms, dining rooms are very welcoming and comfortable; so much so that my 90year old mother described the place as looking like Buckingham Palace. To this I would add, however, that the true value of Broadway Halls lies in the quality and dedication of the staff. Staff who knew how to get Dad to eat , staff who knew how to get him to join an activity , staff who made the extra effort not only with Dad but were also aware of challenges faced by our family. I could list countless exchanges with wonderful carers , administrators , maintenance staff and activity staff which demonstrated that here people were determined to do their very best for Dad. In so doing they provided priceless support for our family as a whole. Thank you Broadway Halls.
It means a great deal to hear that our team were able to support not only your dad, but your whole...
My late mother Jessie was a resident from Jan 2025 until Dec 2025 started downstairs and moved to 2nd floor when mor help was required mom had a special rapour with mai who didn't take any nonsense from mom but treated her fantastic even to taking time out just to sit with her also to the male nurse Chris on the night shift who looked after mom on the night she passed nothing was to much trouble no matter what you wanted. All of the staff at Broadway are extremely fantastic at what they do no matter what there role is so a great big thank you to you all love from Jessie's daughter sue
We are honoured that you entrusted us with the care of your mother. Knowing that your mother felt respected, supported and comfortable, and that our team had been able to...
Nice place to live good care good staff.
Thank you for such a lovely feedback. Our team takes great pride in ensuring that all our residents are happy and well looked after in a comfortable homely environment. Your feedback means a lot and motivates our teams to continue striving for excellence so thank you.
My experience here has been extremely good. Staff and management always friendly and helpful. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. My room is of good size, comes with single bed with bedside cabinet wtih lockable draw and atop is a table lamp. The room also contains a desk type unit and a chest of draws. There is an en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin. Finally there is a two door wardrobe. The home is 3 storys high. I am on the top floor. Each floor has its own common room, complete with TV. Each floor has it own dining room (not refectory) with a number of tables to suit size, each table seating 4 people. Laundry is collected on a daily basis and usually returned within 2 days.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with this lovely feedback. Our team work really hard to ensure a friendly, homely and welcoming environment and we are so pleased to hear that you are settled and happy at Broadway Halls. It means a great deal to our team to know that this is appreciated and I will share this with them.
Over eight months, I saw the dedication of the whole team - their work is demanding, yet they were always kind, patient, and willing to help. Dad's room was clean, comfortable, and became his own space. Staff brought warmth and joy, even when Dad wasn't himself.
In his final days, the team were compassionate and respectful, ensuring his dignity and comfort and standing by us every step of the way.
Each journey and experience is personal, but we will be forever grateful to everyone at Broadway Halls who shared our journey. Your care, patience, and humanity will always be remembered and deeply appreciated.
Supporting both residents and their loved ones through the challenges is at the heart of what we do, and your words...
Broadway Halls care home is an A+ residential home. Staff are wonderfully caring. Rooms are akin to a 4 star hotel. Food is excellent. There is a weekly entertainments programme. I have placed my elderly mother here whilst I have gone on holiday twice now and when I go away I do not have to worry about my mother's care. She enjoys her stay and feels like it is a little holiday for her too. I would thoroughly reccommend this home for respite care. 10/10.

Would just like to bring to your attention how wonderful myself & family have found Carrine. She is so caring and supportive to my Aunt. Meet the Team (10)

I joined the Barchester family in July 2025, after spending over two decades devoting my life to the compassionate care of individuals living within Dementia, Nursing and Residential care homes and the NHS. I am a trained Nurse by background.
I cared for my gentle dad who developed dementia, and I truly believe that unless you have had personal experience of such heartache, no one can really understand both the sad and happy times during such a journey. Dementia does not define a person, and every person’s journey is different.
Throughout my 20-year career, I have worked in numerous settings, from small family-run homes to large-scale care companies, consistently advocating for person-centred care. Within this, I regularly emphasise tailored and meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation, physical health, and emotional well-being, with family and friends at the heart. I also served abroad in the armed forces as a nurse.
As I look to the future, I remain committed to my vision of care homes as vibrant communities where everyone can live meaningful, fulfilling lives. I will continue to inspire new generations of caregivers, ensuring that my legacy of compassion and excellence will endure for years to come. I have an unwavering belief in the human spirit’s capacity to thrive — no matter what the circumstances.
I am looking forward to welcoming people to Broadway Halls to experience the stunning care and environment that we have to offer.

Rino is our Clinical Deputy Manager; she provides hands-on clinical leadership, ensuring care is delivered in line with best practice, regulatory standards, and Barchester values. Rino supports audits, clinical governance, and staff mentoring, while maintaining a clear focus on residents' safety, dignity, and quality of life.

I am thrilled to be Administrator at Broadway Halls, having joined the wonderful team here in early 2023. I have worked in administration for many years, including HR elements, and this is the first care home I have worked in. I love the variety in the role, meeting our residents and their families and supporting the process to them moving in to our home. I also support fellow team members. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, watching tennis and spending time with my family.

I have worked in care since 2013, and I absolutely love supporting people. I enjoy helping our residents, their families and my fellow team members when I can. I also support people and their families who are choosing a care home, answering any questions they may have and showing them our lovely home. It's a pleasure being part of the Broadway Halls team!

I joined the Broadway Halls team in 2020 as a Carer and was promoted to Team Leader and then Dementia Champion during my time on the Care team. I then moved over to the Administration Team in June 2025. Before working at Broadway Halls, I previously worked in mental health in challenging environments. I love my job as I get to interact with our residents every day, and now also get to welcome people to Broadway Halls and be one of the first faces they see when they visit us. I can't imagine working anywhere else!

I'm Jennifer, and I am the Dementia Lead at Broadway Halls. I support our 3 Dementia Champions who are all part of our Memory Lane Community. I have worked in care since 2005 and started in 2018 at Broadway Halls. I am passionate about ensuring every Resident on Memory Lane receives quality care, with a person-centred approach, in an enriching environment.

I started at Broadway Halls as a Kitchen Assistant and, through training and determination, I have worked my way up to the position of Head Chef, which I am incredibly proud of. Working in a care home as a chef, I have to think more about the eating needs and dietary requirements of the residents. There are various textures of food, special diets, diabetics, vegetarians, and so much more. It can be challenging, but I love it and have an amazing team to work with!

Hi, I'm Chris, the Sous Chef here at Broadway Halls.
I previously worked at Broadway Halls from 2014 and left to develop my skills in a fine dining restaurant in Birmingham. I was pleased to re-join the team in November 2024 - I missed the people, the Residents and the homely culture that comes with working in care.
I have worked in hospitality since I left school and I am passionate about the dishes I create and serve. My signature dish is chicken and spinach pasta, tossed in a creamy sauce.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and walking my dog. Aston Villa is my team, and when they are not playing, I enjoy following horse racing, and when the time allows, a day at the races is always welcome!

Steve joined the team as a permanent member in August 2025, having previously supported the home on a bank basis. During this time, Steve consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Justyna is a dedicated and compassionate Lead Activities Coordinator in Broadway who is passionate about enhancing the well-being and quality of life of residents through meaningful, engaging and person-centred activities.
She began her journey with Barchester as a Care Assistant before progressing to Activities Assistant and then Lead Activities Coordinator.
Justyna enjoys building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues and takes pride in creating a warm, supportive and enjoyable environment where residents can thrive.
