Mom spent 2 weeks on respite,while my husband and I were on holiday. When family members visited mom was happy and content. Mom made a friend whilst there. I appreciated been able to see photos of Mom taking part in the many activities that were on offer through social media posts. I can not thank

My mum has been at Ashworth Grange since June 3rd 2025, after a difficult transition from hospital/home. The staff have been very attentive and caring to Mum's needs, and she now knows most of the staff's names. Mum is very aware of care home environments as she worked in the NHS for 40 years and has
been a Matron of care homes after this. She enjoys the meals very much and the activities with Clare and Debbie. I truly believe that Mum has a safer life and definitely a better quality. If she wants company, she can, and if she doesn't, then she doesn't have to. Thank you all so very much. x

Staff are very kind and caring. Mum's room needs painting and the cupboards inside are very dusty but overall clean and tidy. There are plenty of activities which is good and one of the staff is great at organising events.
Mum does not eat meat, which can be difficult for her to have a good choice.
Overall, Mum seems happy and is well looked after. One last point, the windows need cleaning in and out.

My mum has been at Ashworth Grange now for about 10 months. During that time she seems to have settled well, with the help of staff. They always show mum the utmost respect and care for her with respect and dignity. I am a regular visitor and we together enjoy the coffee mornings and out lovely hostess
the life style coordinator. Mum loves the craft and art sessions, especially painting and drawing.

I am a resident whose lived here for 9 months, 9 happy months. Carers are all kind and look after me well. I have a lovely room. Residents can join in activities. I particularly like art classes and enjoy listening to singers when they come to sing for us - where one can live our younger days. What

Because her family lives 4-5 hours away, it was decided to move Mum close to us.

My grandma had dementia and was at the home for approximately 2.5 years. Overall, she was well looked after and treated with respect. During the last week of her life, the staff let us stay with her and they were just brilliant. We really felt supported and cared for ourselves. They provided food for
us, a room and made sure we were ok throughout. When she passed away they were all so respectful and even gave her a guard of honour when she left the home. Your kindness will always be much appreciated.

The Activities Coordinator is always cheerful and smiley whenever you see her. My mum absolutely sings her praises and says what a wonderful person she is. Enjoyed a lovely lunch with Mum today.
Nothing is too much trouble. A very pleasant experience held in the cafe with music playing and one extremely attentive member of staff in particular - like being in a cafe.
