I am extremely satisfied with the care my mother receives at Greenways Court. The staff are warm and caring, and always do their best to meet my mother's needs. The home has a warm, friendly atmosphere and visitors are always made to feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others (and

Clean and comfortable. Staff are thoughtful and very welcoming when we visit, any problems are sorted out promptly, and nothing is too much bother. A very well run home, with excellent care staff. My mother is happy and content, and that says it all.

The setting of Greenways is particularly nice - looking out of the windows you see familiar residential housing, creating a very homey feel. Staff are always happy to help, and visitors are made to feel especially welcome, joining in with snacks and teas/coffees as well as party events like the recent
Halloween singer and entertainment which all the staff and quite a few of the visitors all joined in with dressing up and making the day a lot of fun.
The rooms are large, and the care home itself is very bright and spacious. There are weekly bus trips out and events on every day for entertainment. Residents can fully furnish their rooms exactly as they want and it's lovely, if you're invited in, to a see a little world in miniature and see how someone's previous residence was decorated.
Parking is easy with a dedicated disabled bay right at the door to pick up and drop off after any trips out.
Staff are fun and couldn't do more to help.

I cannot recommend your care home enough and I have told countless people about it. It was a very difficult decision for mum and me to make about moving into a care home, but we knew from our very first visit that Greenways Court was absolutely right for both of us. The home is wonderful, bright and
welcoming. The staff genuinely care, the food is home-cooked and overall, there is attention to detail. Mum has lovely new friends, she is so happy and I am 100% confident with the high level of care and attention she receives. Thank you Greenways.

We feel the manager and staff have and do go the extra mile to support our failing loved one. They supported her/us to ensure her return from hospital was enabled sooner rather than delayed and safeguard her needs - which were well met on her return. Similarly, as her condition has deteriorated, staff
ensure she enjoys her long morning in bed and is well catered for in terms of nutrition and general needs.
We feel that she is in safe hands and that contact is reliable when needed. Our relative is comfortable and feels loved by staff.

Greenways is a very pleasant and caring place. The staff are very helpful and caring. It has a lovely atmosphere and my sister is well cared for and quite content here. When I can't manage to look after myself I would like to think I could live here.

Dad was resident here since January 17 until he passed in July 18.
I found the staff are extremely helpfully and focused on residents care and wellbeing.
The home is kept spotlessly clean.
Good food and seems to be plenty.
Management and administrator are 1st class and very helpfully.
Rooms are
well set out and kept spotless.
During Dads last few weeks the staff were extremely empathetic and care was exceptional.
In summary, I find this home to be first class with stars.
I would not hesitate to live here myself when I get older.

This is a lovely residential home. All the staff are very friendly and helpful to clients and their families. Nothing is a bother to them and answer all our questions. My mother-in-law is the happiest we have seen her in years and very well looked after.

What does ‘kindness’ mean to you?


“Kind care, for me, is person-centred care. It is all about the individual and their needs.”


Kinga has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people during her 8 years in care work. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.


Having started as Home Manager at Greenways Court in October 2020, Kinga was the perfect candidate as she closely shares HC-One’s vision aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident and has been a deputy Manager at HC-One for 3 years.


Kinga also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Greenways Court.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Kinga remarked:


“Spending time with Residents and listening to their life stories. Talking about photographs and memories Residents have in their rooms.”


“I enjoy supporting and developing my staff in any areas they wish to expand their knowledge, seeing the positive outcome of it makes me really happy.”


Outside of work, Kinga enjoys many activities and hobbies, especially spending time with her family and travelling.
