Clean and comfortable. Staff are thoughtful and very welcoming when we visit, any problems are sorted out promptly, and nothing is too much bother. A very well run home, with excellent care staff. My mother is happy and content, and that says it all.

I cannot recommend your care home enough and I have told countless people about it. It was a very difficult decision for mum and me to make about moving into a care home, but we knew from our very first visit that Greenways Court was absolutely right for both of us. The home is wonderful, bright and welcoming. The staff genuinely care, the food is home-cooked and overall, there is attention to detail. Mum has lovely new friends, she is so happy and I am 100% confident with the high level of care and attention she receives. Thank you Greenways.

What does ‘kindness’ mean to you?
“Kind care, for me, is person-centred care. It is all about the individual and their needs.”
Kinga has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people during her 8 years in care work. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.
Having started as Home Manager at Greenways Court in October 2020, Kinga was the perfect candidate as she closely shares HC-One’s vision aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident and has been a deputy Manager at HC-One for 3 years.
Kinga also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Greenways Court.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Kinga remarked:
“Spending time with Residents and listening to their life stories. Talking about photographs and memories Residents have in their rooms.”
“I enjoy supporting and developing my staff in any areas they wish to expand their knowledge, seeing the positive outcome of it makes me really happy.”
Outside of work, Kinga enjoys many activities and hobbies, especially spending time with her family and travelling.
