Overall Experience

I have a dear friend who lives in Regency Manor and she is so happy there. The home is wonderful, so happy, clean, fresh. The food always looks good and I am always offered refreshments as soon as I am there. The staff are just so caring, their patience is amazing and they work very hard. The deputy managers are also very attentive to everyone and the new manager was really warm and welcoming, despite being clearly very busy even offering to take me to where I wanted to go as I don't like lifts. What a lovely home.

Overall Experience
My family feel extremely lucky to have found Regency Manor for my mum. On the first day of visiting it just felt so homely and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and engaging with the residents who all seemed happy to live there. Even though it was the first home we visited my family quickly agreed that it was absolutely perfect for Mum.
30 months later our opinion has not changed, we are extremely happy with everything. Mum is brilliantly cared for by excellent staff who are all so kind and caring to mum. Mum enjoys daily activities and is also taken out on trips. The daily activity programme has had singers and magicians as well as many other types of visits including Kelloggs, a miniature horse.
The management and front office are always very helpful and approachable and happy to speak anytime about Mums care and they always phone me if mum is unwell. The reception is wonderful and extremely helpful.

I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful care home and feel very lucky to have found it for our lovely mum.

I have been extremely impressed with Regency Park Manor, the staff are caring and so well informed and proactive about dementia. Mum settled in well, I was concerned as she had to make an unexpected move from another residential setting. Regency Park made sure that the move went smoothly and mum was made so welcome, her mood lifted and her general health has improved. I can 100% recommend this care home.

This is a review for the care given to my mother Hazel. She is new to Regency Manor but since being in Regency Manor her dementia symptoms appear to be less noticeable. She seems calmer and happier. She is well looked after with regular cups of tea and treats. There are always plenty of staff around to help her. She is treated as an individual and is comfortable and feels safe. Well done everyone involved.

Mum is very well looked after at Regency Manor. She is always up, dressed and in the lounge when we arrive. All the staff are friendly, kind and respectful towards both residents and their families. Staff are supportive and quick to help with any problem, offering emotional support and hugs when needed. Mum often comments that the staff are 'lovely'. The home is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious.

I'm so grateful for the care my grandmother receives at Regency Manor. From the moment she moved in, the staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel at home. They're kind, attentive, and truly treat her like family. Knowing there's an in-house GP gives me so much peace of mind, and I love that the home is pet-friendly- it's those little touches that make all the difference. I can honestly say we found the perfect care home. I couldn't ask for more for my grandmother.
