The home provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 41 customers.
The home has been designed with the care of its customers at the heart of the design, where each room has an en suite wet room to support dignity and comfort.
Montrose Hall's dedicated care team takes the time to get to know the individual and works with them and their loved ones to create detailed care plans which ensure their care needs are continually met. The home is proud to be Veteran Friendly Framework accredited.
The home provides dementia care and on-going training to ensure the care staff's approach is best for customers living with dementia and recognise that everyone is an individual.
Care staff work hard to get to know customers, build relationships and ensure all aspects of the service provided are focused on individual and compassionate care.
Montrose Hall is part of Anchor, which operates on a not-for-profit basis. They reinvest the money made into its retirement properties and care homes, allowing them to continually raise standards and provide a high-quality service to surpass customers' expectations.

Since my Grandma moved into the care home, I have noticed a positive difference in her. It is like I have my old grandma back. She is ever so happy and settled and that is down to the amazing staff at Montrose Hall. They go above and beyond, not just for the residents but for their family members...

Had Xmas dinner today with my mother-in-law. It was lovely. Food was delicious, staff a pleasure. I really enjoyed it and my mother-in-law did too. We had a great time. Even had a glass of prosecco, my mother-in-law did too. Everything was perfect.

What an amazing and memorable Christmas put together by the manager and her wonderful staff.

Attended my friend's Dad's football presentation. What an amazing day the home has put on for him and family. Found the staff to be lovely and couldn't do enough, so the day went well. Montrose Hall seems a very nice place and all residents seem very happy.

My mum has been at Montrose for 4 weeks now. I was really worried that my mum wouldn't settle but she did within days. The first time we visited she cried because she was so happy and loved the staff and her 'new home'. Before moving to Montrose Mum was depressed and lonely. Those days are long...
