Overall Experience

Our daughter was a resident at Haddon House for over 10 years, moving there at the age of 39. We cannot stress enough how dedicated the staff and management at Haddon House have been to our daughter. They managed her extremely complex mental disability and medical needs with so much love and encouragement. During her last few months - she died of cancer in December 2024 - their support for her could not have been better.

Overall Experience

Our severely autistic son has been a resident at Haddon House since 2014. It is the best residential placement we could have found for him and he is extremely happy there. He is largely non-verbal and can have challenging behaviours, but the staff have gone over and above to ensure that he reaches his full potential. Staff are kind, caring and are always looking to enrich his quality of life. The atmosphere is warm and friendly for residents and visitors, our son is very happy to get back after a visit home. Communication with us is excellent and staff are supportive and delight in small achievements as much as we do. We have not had any problems but would feel very comfortable discussing any issues with staff. The management team do a brilliant job and Glenholme seems to be a supportive, caring company.
