Grosvenor House Reviews (2)
Over all time Grosvenor House has 2 reviews.
My brother has been at Grosvenor House for over two years and he is very well looked after. The staff and management are amazing and we have no worries or any issues with Grosvenor House in general. His room is very spacious, and clean and is very airy and has plenty of light. The home itself is always very clean and tidy. On our visits to see my Brother the staff are always very friendly and courteous. I have no worries at all about the Grosvenor House operation.
My relative settled into Grosvenor House remarkably quickly and easily and has been happily living there for almost two years now. Both the previous Manager/Owner and the new Home Manager are very approachable and responsive in my experience. It is heartening to see that my relative's multiple needs are consistently met. The staff are very friendly and are clearly keen to ensure my relative is as comfortable as possible. Staying in contact with my relative is very straightforward thanks to the readiness of staff to facilitate this. Additionally, the whole team are always happy to provide updates about my family member's health and well-being. My family and I have peace of mind knowing that our vulnerable relative is in safe and caring hands.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
