The staff are amazing with all the people they care for. My nan seems happy at the home and my nan didn't want to leave her own home but she has all the comforts of home in the care home. The care she receives is outstanding. Would recommend the home to anyone looking at care homes for their loved ones.

Redhill Court is an amazing place full of laughter and love. Every member of staff knows each of the residents well and treat them with respect and dignity. Rooms are clean and comfortable, food is good and varied and activities are plentiful. Residents are able to join in with visits to local places of interest and encouraged to play an active role in the life of Redhill. Above all Redhill is filled with love and compassion. Redhill is a family that benefits all who are part of it.

Redhill Court Residential Care Home is a beautiful place, like a grade A hotel. My mother in law has arrived there today and the manager's presence helped on our journey. Thank you so much for helping us understand what really matters when our family joins their home that is that happiness is everything and to be loved with an atmosphere which is overwhelming. With so much to do activities, hairdressing, by the way wow, and so much more thank you for for making us at ease and to know our mother-in-law will be as happy as can be and cared for we can’t thank you enough.

My father lived at Redhill Court Residential Care Home for 18 months. During that time the staff were so caring not only to my dad, but with my mum who visited nearly every day. They made valentines, anniversaries and birthdays so special. We couldn’t have been more pleased and happy of a care home.

Mum has been resident in Redhill Court Residential Care Home since March 2022 and our experience has 1000% exceeded our expectations of life in a care home for her.
The staff are all so caring and will always find time to have a laugh and a chat with her. Banter is still so important to Mum and it’s a delight to hear it. I think all the staff in Redhill Court know her by name which goes a long way to making us feel she is genuinely cared for.
The social media page is a great way for us to see if she has taken part in any of the many daily activities that take place. So when she tells us she has ‘done nothing’ we can see that’s not the case!
Staff work so very hard on every front to care for their residents, are endlessly patient, and so good natured we cannot recommend Redhill Court highly enough.

We feel so fortunate to have found it just prior to Mum’s change of health and that there was a space available at the right time.

My mom moved into Redhill five months ago, and my family and I are so impressed with everything there. Mom settled in quickly, and the staff are always so welcoming, friendly and caring - nothing’s too much trouble for residents and visitors alike, plus there are well-planned and interesting activities to join in with every day, and everywhere is clean, tidy and smelling nice - it’s a pleasure to visit Redhill, I go most days. Redhill is a fabulous place; well done, everyone at Redhill, you’re all amazing.

Love this place. Made our family and granny very welcome, thank you. It's a very nice place with lots of activities. I was very worried about my granny going into a care home, but it has worked out very well - lovely place and friendly.

I wish every care home was like this.
Every time we visit, there is an activity going on, eg keeping fit with balloons, sewing club, puzzles and music being played and film afternoons. Any excuse for a party - the care home is on it, eg the King's Coronation meant the residents made decorations, had a tea party, etc.
The food is always varied, and they have the option of three courses each mealtime, plus they cater for large and small appetites.
The staff all know each resident personally and often chat like friends (including joking around). They genuinely seem to care and very much accommodate each resident's needs, eg if the resident wants some assistance with putting their laundry away - it gets done.

Well done all - you provide such reassurance to the residents and their family members through what is often a challenging time.

The team at Redhill and on Daisy unit cannot do enough to support my mother-in-law. Their patience, care and support is so good. My mother-in-law's moods can be unpredictable but regardless, she is treated with care and compassion. The team go over and above to include my mother-in-law even when she is reluctant to take part in events and the photos show her enjoyment.

My mum, who is approaching 103, has resided in Redhill Court for almost 4 years now. Her health and welfare needs have been well catered for by a friendly attentive staff. Her room is kept neat and clean.
Meals are always well presented and with good options. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We are always made to feel welcome as visitors and encouraged to join in with day-to-day and major events.
They have many facilities including a theatre, a quiet room, nicely managed gardens and even a bar.

I thoroughly recommend this care home.

My nan lived at Redhill Court for a number of years and spent many a happy time laughing, smiling and enjoying her days with fellow residents and the team, despite her declining health. The team, who cared for her to the very end of her life and after she passed away there, did so with genuine love, care, kindness and affection. They treated her with dignity and respect, recognising her for the amazing, special person she was and always will be. As a family who love her dearly, I can’t thank them enough. They’re a very special team.
