All staff at Redhill Court are friendly, helpful and sympathetic. They look after residents and their relatives alike. They have activities here, which are fabulous, keeping residents happy and busy. They offer a good variety of food and they offer residents help when needed. They are a happy band making for a friendly atmosphere. They keep relatives informed at all times so I know my relative is well cared for.

My mother became a resident in the home in June 2020, during the Covid lockdown. We were unable to visit her. Staff at the home worked hard to instal pods in the garden so we were able to visit. Eventually, we were able to visit her in her room. All staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. They always contacted us day or night if there was an issue with her. The home is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this home to anyone requiring this type of care.

I wrote a review for Redhill Court not too long after my mom moved in there. I was super impressed and knew that Mom was being looked after and cared for extremely well.

However, almost two years later, I just need to say that Redhill Court is so much more than I first thought. It's a truly special place where the residents are loved and cared for both physically and emotionally. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful people who work here and I know that Mom is in the safest of hands. There's a real sense of community and family at Redhill; it's just a wonderful place filled with wonderful people!

My mother, sadly deceased, and father have been in there for 4 years now.
The manager goes out of her way if we have a problem, all the staff who look after Dad are excellent.
I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking.

Thank you team for everything you do.

My mother-in-law has been at Redhill Court for 3 months. We find all the staff to be kind, cheerful and welcoming at all times. The resident feels the same. The cleaning is excellent and the food very good. There are always a variety of activities but unfortunately Mum cannot participate as she cannot see. We wish there were more opportunities for her to have reasons to join in. She loves the puppy who visits. Whatever we ask for always gets a response.

I have been so pleased with the care my mother receives at the home. The staff are very caring, they treat my mother with respect and kindness. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

My mother has been in hospital a couple of times and is happy to get back home again. It is such a relief to find somewhere that puts her needs first.

We are very happy with the care that our father gets at Redhill Court. The carers really do care and look after him so very well. All of the staff go above and beyond what is expected of them and for that we are very grateful.

My mom has resided at Redhill Court for 3 months now. The fact she has settled so well away from her home is testament to the care, compassion and understanding of the staff team. In the initial stage of enquiries, l was told that their approach is one where they are not a place of work or institution but instead perceive their role as working in the resident's own home, where those they care for totally lead the process. This has proved to be very very true. There is sensitivity and patience as well as fun and laughter. The activity programme is second to none. The place has a special energy and l am so glad l found it. Heartfelt thanks to you all.

An absolutely fantastic place - I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about it. All of the staff, regardless of their role, contribute to a homely, friendly, warm (and I'm not talking temperature) atmosphere/environment, for both the residents and their families, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The level of care is great, as is the food, and the activities are really well thought out and varied - I just wish we could get Mom to partake in them a little bit more!

Overall, I can't imagine you'll find anywhere better ... and the cakes are amazing!

Dad says 'to be honest, I'm having the time of my life!'.

As long as he's happy, which he seems to be, then we're happy and it makes a tricky decision to move him to care a little bit easier. Thank you to all the staff for looking after Dad.

My Dad has been a resident at Redhill Court Residential Care Home for almost a year now. From the day we looked around, we were welcomed and fully informed. The staff are amazing and Dad settled really quickly. He's had a few health issues in the last few months, but the care and attention he is given, surpasses all that we had wished for him. After losing our Mom last year, It was a very difficult decision for us to make, but Dad is now safe and happy in his new home. There are activities for residents and now, slowly, the families are able to enjoy organised days with their relatives and staff. The Jubilee celebrations were amazing. Redhill Court staff go above and beyond and care as much about the families as they do the residents. I'm so glad there was room for Dad when we needed it. We know he is being looked after.

My father in law is well looked after. He has a bright, clean room and really enjoys the food. All of the staff are so friendly. If the carers have any concerns these are swiftly passed on to the Senior Carers who if necessary involve the nurse, GP or family. We have enjoyed joining in with their recent Jubilee celebrations and look forward to future events.

When my nan first became a resident, she loves this home and used to tell us not to visit at certain times as she would be dancing or going out for a trip. The home itself is lovely, and the staff are very friendly and caring. I haven't personally agreed with all the restrictions since Covid, as my nan has massively deteriorated with her dementia. I do understand they were to protect them. The only thing I would like to see is better lunch options, as my nan eats the same for most lunches.

Mom came into Redhill in November 2021 and has settled really well. Staff are very caring and attentive. Room is always clean and tidy. Food looks and smells delicious with a good variety of meals. Mom is quite a fussy eater, but she says she enjoys her food. If you notice something not right, just ask, and the friendly staff attend quickly. I was unsure about Mim moving into a home, but I have no regrets now knowing she is happy.

My friend seems genuinely happy and settled in Redhill Court. I have noticed that her health, in general, has improved whilst being at Redhill Court. My friend is a person who, though having learning difficulties, is definite in her views and she says she is extremely happy.

My mother became a resident in 2020. I was very worried about her going into a care home having heard bad reports about some of them but I am so pleased with Redhill Court. The staff are very caring and there is lots of communication with the relatives. So many activities for the residents and an overall modern well run home. My mom couldn't be in a better place.
