We find everybody friendly and helpful. The home is always clean and tidy. The food offered is of a very good standard. The only small problem is the gardens look in need of attention but the front lawns always look very tidy. By gardens I mean where the residents sit which looks neglected.

Due to the Covid situation, it is hard to comment but must say in general found management and staff very helpful and understanding. Always listened to your complaint or problem and would try and find a solution.

Outstanding home with wonderful caring staff. Mom moved in during the pandemic, we were so nervous, however, the home manager and administrator worked tirelessly to answer all our questions, put our mind at ease and, above all, ensured Mom was happy and content, nothing was too much trouble. We have been kept informed throughout the lockdowns and every effort has been made to ensure we get to communicate with Mom! Redhill as gone above and beyond to keep Mom and all the other residents safe during this awful time, I will never be able to thank them enough

I have nothing but praise for the care my mother has received at Redhill Court through the past crisis. More is the point, she feels that she has been well cared for. The staff have done exceptionally well to keep the residents safe, well and entertained during an extremely difficult time.

My mother has been a resident for over five years and during that time has had various medical issues, dealt with kindly and sensitively. Well done to all staff.

My mom has been at Redhill Court since December 2019, having lived previously independently. She arrived after a very stressful time in hospital and assessment, she was not in a good place physically and mentally. From the second she arrived she has genuinely experienced such kindness, care, consideration, respect, love and fun. This has enabled her not only to return to good physical health, but also to regain her playful sense of fun. As a family, we have always felt involved and considered in all aspects of her care and we have been greatly impressed by the quality and professionalism of all staff and management.

Our Mom, who will be 100 years old in December, has been a resident at Redhill Court for 12 months. We are so happy that we chose Redhill Court to become her permanent home when she moved to Birmingham from Southampton. Everyone of the staff - management, reception, carers, housekeepers and cooks are absolutely wonderful. The care, love and empathy that they give is excellent. Food is plentiful and prepared and cooked to a very high standard. The accommodation is comfortable and well maintained. Throughout lockdown, although feeling sad at not being able to visit Mom, we have had no worries as to how she is being cared for. All the staff have done and are doing an amazing job and are a great credit to Sanctuary. As far as we are concerned, Mom could not be in a better place and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of making it their home.

The staff have worked extremely hard, coping with all the demands relating to Covid-19.

They are dedicated and have done all they can to keep the residents safe and well. Extra staff have been employed as wellbeing assistants to provide extra stimulation and activities. I am confident my mother is in safe and caring hands.

Where do I start? The last few months have been a difficult time for all involved. Prior to coronavirus, Mum spent a lot of time in hospital. One thing I did not want to happen during this time was for Mum to go to the hospital. Redhill did exactly as it says on the tin and carried that wish out for us. I cannot thank them enough. Their dedication to go above and beyond to carry on in these difficult times was and is second to none. All members of staff and management played the most important role. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Mom moved in January 2020. It took a few weeks to settle but the staff did everything they could to make her comfortable. We have since had COVID-19 lockdown and the manager started a WhatsApp group, which was great for updates. They are constantly updating any changes to health and medication and any other issues. All staff has been great.

My first visit after lockdown. Lovely to see Mum, although she was in a very cantankerous mood! The carer in attendance could not have been more pleasant and understanding. She was able to indicate that this was an "off" day and Mum had been fine the day before and not of concern. I cannot praise the staff enough for the care and love that they have shown to our loved ones at all times.

So, we went into lockdown, without any goodbyes, see you soon or explanations! The first thing Redhill did was set up a relatives Whatsapp group. In this, we could actually see what Mom and Dad were taking part in, give and receive messages and get a general idea of what was happening at Redhill. It gave us the contact we really needed at this very lonely and traumatic time. Unfortunately, this had to be taken down after misuse, so ended our daily contact with our loved ones. We knew we could contact Redhill at any time we also knew they were looking after them well. Thank you all.

Redhill is an excellent home with a very friendly, happy and welcoming atmosphere and equally excellent facilities. Mum has received the most outstanding love and care in this very happy environment for the past five years. The care during this particularly difficult and stressful lockdown period has been exemplary and the staff have continued to be kind, caring, sympathetic and patient at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. My sincere thanks to all Redhill staff for their dedication and compassion.

My mum is 92 and has advanced dementia. She has been at Redhill Court for 6 years. I am very happy with the level of care that she has received. The staff are caring and always happy to help and answer questions. I feel the staff have done a fantastic job during lockdown under difficult and stressful conditions. I really appreciate my skype calls to my mum.

My dad was in Redhill for 7-months before he sadly died of Covid-19. He had dementia and was always in the dementia unit.
We visited Dad very regularly, popping in at all hours of the day and sometimes in the evening. Every time we went, we were warmly welcomed by staff, and the care and attention are given to Dad and the other residents were fantastic. I would actually say they treat their residents with love - in an entirely professional way - because dementia patients can be quite naughty or troublesome, and yet I'd see staff intervening to soothe them and sort out problems, with humour and care. The staff have saintly patience and were great.

The home was always clean. Maintaining standards is really hard with so many incontinent patients (my dad was one) and sometimes, true, you'd catch a whiff of something. But accidents happened and were cleaned up very rapidly, with no stains or lasting effects. The food was really good too - varied, a nice mixture of nutritionally balanced/easy to swallow.

I have visited Redhill Court almost daily since my friend became a resident 18 months ago.

As a visitor, I have always been made welcome and offered tea/coffee, biscuits and invited to take part in the activities. It is a friendly place that I always look forward to going to. If it becomes my turn to need care Redhill court will be my first choice.

Mum is a recently arrived resident, she is still settling in. All the staff are kind and caring, they are getting to know mum and understand her needs. In particular two carers who have been very proactive in helping mum to settle.

The senior carers show a good understanding of her needs.
