My son has been a resident at Bainbridge Court for four years, during which time he has been well cared for and treated with dignity. The staff are excellent, well meaning, caring and diligent on safety matters. A switch in leadership during 2017 went extremely well with no deterioration in support
provided.
Good two way contact and regular updates from the Bainbridge team.
Accommodation standards i.e. bedroom, did deteriorate over the past couple of years but this has now been rectified. Overall I feel confident that my son is in a secure and safe environment where his needs are understood and supported.

My son has lived at Bainbridge Court since it opened. He has come on leaps and bound since living there and it has totally changed his life. The staff are all very caring and supportive of all who live there and encourage them in everything they do.
I couldn't wish for a better environment for my son
to be.

My 21 year old son has been resident at Bainbridge Court for almost 4 years - I can't speak highly enough of the the amazing staff there who truly care ....he is happy, active busy and very much part of the community. He has a full curriculum and enjoys swimming, gardening, trampolining and youth
clubs to name just a few of the activities on offer. Am so glad I chose Bainbridge for my son - he is thriving there - and living a life I always wished for him.
