I am delighted with the level of care my mother is receiving. The staff are attentive and caring and highly professional. I live 220 miles south but the staff keep me constantly informed about my mother's situation. I have no worries or concerns and both my wife and I sleep well at night, knowing that
my mother is really well cared for.

The standard of care given to our mam throughout her stay at Springfield House has been excellent. She is now in the terminal stage of her illness and staff continue to show dedicated love and care to her and her family.

Mam has been here for four and a half years, only recently HC-One took over. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. At times they could do with extra staffing but they do the very best they can. Since mams condition deteriorated the staff have worked so hard to help make mam comfortable. This has
been a complex case and they have now got a plan in place to meet her needs. As a family, we can't thank them enough.

After mother had been in other care homes, we feel that having been here for the past 4 weeks, she has calmed down and settled in.
I find the staff caring and always willing to spend time with her.
We find the home and staff very caring, friendly and always around to lend a helping hand, so far

The could not be more supportive or attentive to mam's needs.
They are often stretched with challenging situations but take things in their stride and maintain a cheerful atmosphere even when under pressure.

When I needed a short term respite care bed, without hesitation I chose Springfield House. So from 5-12 March 2017 I was in their care. Being cared for is new to me but I was immediately in their warm embrace. From the outset all of the support staff, domestic to the carers were brilliant. I was quickly
put at ease and nothing was too much trouble. The personal care I received was faultless.
When I next need a respite care bed Springfield House will be my first port of call.

My mother has been well cared for and loved since she arrived in June this year. As a family, we couldn't ask for anything more. In October, it was Mum's 85th birthday which we celebrated at the home in the restaurant. A buffet with party food was requested. We were all thrilled with the selection and
all her guests remarked on the lovely atmosphere around the home, as we took her birthday cake (specially made by the chef with her name on) to a quiet lounge to enjoy her 'party' until nearly bedtime!
