Lovely, kind staff who go out of their way to make sure my mum is safe, cared for and happy. In fact, it often feels like my mum has several Mums, all looking after her every minute of every day. Springfield House has a lovely family feel to it.

My mother was recently a resident in the home receiving respite care for 5 weeks. Everything about the home is excellent. The management and staff are superb and the level of care and support is first class. Everyone connected with the home is friendly and professional, which played a significant part in my mother's rehabilitation. The food and facilities are excellent, with a wide choice of nutritional meals available. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. the atmosphere in the home is very welcoming and everyone has a smile on their face. All friends and family who visited were equally impressed. I can wholeheartedly recommend this home.

When I knew that I was to have a total hip replacement, I chose to go to Springfield House for respite care, spending two weeks there was the best decision I could have made. The care that I received was second to none and without doubt, has hastened my recovery. Should I have surgery in the future, I will, without doubt, be back at Springfield House for postoperative care.
