This is an excellent care home, my father is treated with respect and dignity. All the staff are excellent. The rooms are clean and the food is second to none, nothing is too much trouble, would 100% recommend this care home.

My mother will have been a resident at Westbury Court for two years this year. She is 96 years of age and a long way from home. My family and I are regular visitors, at least once a week in fact. The care she receives at Westbury Court is second to none. The staff are exceptional and it is a testament
to them all that she often talks about them as friends. She enjoys the activities she is able to attend. As a family, we are happy in the knowledge that in her advanced years, she is well cared for, secure and content at Westbury Court.

Westbury Court - the staff team carers, nurses, housekeeping and admin were all very professional and maintained a high standard of care, friendliness, helpfulness and warmth. This wrapped around Dad and extended to the whole family. Dad's life was enriched whilst at Westbury Court, he was now in a
safe place which also ensured Dad was valued and treated with care, kindness and respect. Dad had a fulfilled time at Westbury Court, which he felt was his home, full of caring 'friends'. Dad lost all anxiety and fear whilst at Westbury Court. The dignity given to him and his family in his final days was excellent and without fault.

I cannot fault the care that my stepdad has received since being at Westbury Court, from the cleaners through to the management. The home is spotless, the food is good and they care so much about his care and his needs. I feel comforted that although I live so far away that he is safe and that they
all really care about him and his welfare. He is treated with kindness and dignity. Thank you.

Mum moved into the home after a few months in hospital and she says she feels at home. Mum always said she didn't want to go into a home but when we take her out for a coffee, she drinks it and then says 'come on it is time to go home'. What more can I say?
The home is always clean and tidy, staff
are always caring and friendly and they like to have a good laugh with the residents. She has also put on weight as she is getting the nourishment she needs which she wasn't getting when she was living at home on her own.
Mum especially enjoys the music sessions when she has a good old sing-along and dance (with the help of her 3-wheeled walker!)
So glad we found a home where she feels safe and looked after.

The staff and the home, in general, have been nothing short of fantastic over the last 9 months since Mum moved in. Nothing seems too much trouble and their happy and helpful nature (even during the Covid restrictions) has made a difficult time so much easier on both Mum and her family. The fact that
Mum is happy and feels more than at home at Westbury Court says it all really especially as she had to leave her own home of 8 years at short notice following a fall.

From the moment I walked into Westbury Court, I know that I had chosen the right place for my mum. Everyone is so caring, it feels so homely and clean. The care she gets is second to none and I couldn't wish for any more for her. She loves the food and likes to be able to choose her menu. She always
looks clean and tidy, now even wearing her jewellery which hasn't happened for a very long time! I can now stop worrying, knowing she is being looked after.

I have been visiting my friend for just over a year since she came to Westbury Court. I have consistently found the care staff and everything about the home caring and very good. However, my friend equally consistently complains about the food - literally on every visit. It's limited and quite stodgy,
she says there is not enough fresh fruit etc. Meat is tough. Pudding is cake and custard.

Our menus are created with feedback from residents and reflect their likes and dislikes. Residents have a food passport to capture any particular requirements or wishes in relation to food or the serving of meals. As well as conducting twice-yearly surveys, we hold regular meetings with our residents where any concerns are raised and discussed; this includes sharing feedback on the menus with our Chef.
If our menu features something that is not to their liking, residents are able to request an alternative menu or order something from our Chef’s special menu that day.
We have Hydration Stations located around the home with a variety of drinks, both hot and cold available, as well as snacks and fruit bowls in communal areas.

Mum came into the home in a very anxious state but has settled very well. The staff are very warm and friendly and the food is great, think Mum has put on weight.

Very good care home, of the ones we reviewed for my father, this was the best. The rooms are great, like a nice hotel. The building is new and designed for care, not a converted victorian house. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I couldn't wish for a better place or care.
