I would like to thank all the staff at Westbury Court Nursing Home, especially the residential lead and senior carer, for the incredible care given to my friend.

The level of care and dedication was of the highest standards and something quite amazing to observe.

My father was resident on the dementia ward for 8 months. Although his behaviour was challenging, the staff treated him with kindness and respect.

The staff made his last months comfortable and brought back a bit of his old self. We will always be grateful for their care and friendship shown to him and our family.

Overall Experience
My Father-in-law has been a resident at Westbury Court care home since December 2015. During that time, he has received excellent care from very caring staff. The home is always very clean and presentable. The quality of food is generally very good with an excellent choice available, showered, clean clothes and regular clean bedding. His room is always kept clean and tidy.

All in all, a very high standard of care, Highly recommended.

First class care from the day our father entered the home and until the day he passed away management more than helpful and very friendly. Care staff we found to be more than professional in the caring of our father, nothing was too much trouble.

My father-in-law was here in palliative care and was well looked after. We needed to find somewhere for mum to have respite care where she would have plenty of stimulation and activities. Westbury Court seems to have done that very well and mum has been very happy.

The Westbury Court Care Home is a very friendly place and the staff are wonderful people. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to help. The night staff are very good and check on my wife hourly throughout the night. My only wish is the food could be better at lunch and supper times.

Overall Experience

Westbury Court is a fairly new home and experienced some issues with management and staff problems. This is all in the past now and all staff members are always keen to help both residents and visitors. The home is always looking to improve the daily lives of the residents and does it's best to tailor the support to individual needs. I am happy to recommend this home to friends who may be in need of the services it offers.
